I had my 2021 taxes done here. I never a received a return from federal. I called and visited multiple times to request help and I received no response.On multiple occasions, I requested copies of my tax returns from 2021, never got them.Take your business elsewhere and if you asked her for your services already, I hope she treated you better than me.

Superb, family-owned business. My family and I have been using Lucy's Tax Service for over 10 years. One year, my husband and I did get audited and they took care of the issue quickly. We highly recommend them to all our friends.

YOU ARE BEING WARNED RIGHT NOW!! This place is out to get your money. They double filed my taxes from last year 2016 even though I had already don't them when they needed to be done. They kept claiming that "I could have gotten more. I could have claimed this and that" so I let them do their thing. I paid for that service. and I got some money back. Now I get mail from the IRS saying that I owe this much and that this was done wrong for 2016. So I go back to here to get it fixed and they charge me for the amendment. Now I have to return the money that I got from them claiming that I could've gotten more. So basically I got charged by them three times and I had to return the extra money that they said I could get. LESSON LEARNED. Never coming back
