This location is ideal for purchasing furniture at the last minute. I decided to give it a try after having an unpleasant experience at Bobs Furniture, where I encountered terrible customer service and communication. Additionally, their products were often delivered damaged and were frequently out of stock. However, during my first visit to this new location, I was pleasantly surprised by the caring salesperson who even offered me a few hundred dollars off the original price. The furniture was delivered on the same day without any issues.

I like the furniture I brought but I don't like finding out after the fact that I could have saved $100 by buying similar at Bob's Furniture.

Bait and switch. salesman insisted we come to showroom when I asked if they had a particular model in stock. When I arrived the price quoted for a manuel recliner model was almost $400 more than the website price and 250 more than electric recliner. Salesperson who claimed he was not the boss was rude and indifferent.

Great place to buy furniture.. Good quality and friendly service. Delivery is reasonable and on time!! Plenty of options. They have a book to choose from with thousands of options. I came here after a terrible experience at Bob's.. I Had bought furniture a couple years ago so I should've just come back here instead of wasting time at Bob's. Highly recommend this place.

GET YOUR FURNITURE HERE! My roommates and I were looking for a new couch that could fit in our oddly sized living room. We went to several shops but this was by far the best one we went to. The salesman wasn't too pushy, but he was really helpful. He reorganized pieces and plugged recliners in so we could really get a feel for how the couch would be in our space. The prices were unbeatable. We saw the same couch at another shop for $600 more. We even asked if we could remove one piece from the set and he let us! It even brought the price down. We ordered the couch on a Saturday and it was delivered 2 days later. The delivery was earlier than expected and the men setting up the couch were very kind and helpful. We got our reimbursement for the extra piece we returned the same day as delivery. Overall a great experience!

Furniture needs more choices for colors, brown and dark brown are cool but lighter colors make a house look bigger, layaway plans are good here

Extremely Rude Asian man that did not speak when we walked in or even while we were in the store. I work with special needs adults and went to the furniture store so they can get an idea of how much furniture cost and what they would need to do to buy. The Rude worker just stared at us the entire time. When I said "Hello" to him he didn't respond and continued to stare at us. I then waved at him and he would not leave from his desk in the back and continued to stare at us. It was so rude and unprofessional.

Bought my Coaster coffee table with side table from catalogue # 705018 and 705017. Even though it was back order , they made in less than a week. Delivery guy was the most nicest person on the planet . Great experience. 5*****
