Both Luis and his wife are super nice people. I had called other muffler shops and was told I would have to wait till Monday. Today is Saturday, and I couldn't wait that long. I called Laura's Muffler, and within an hour, they had the part, and my car was getting ready to get worked on, Luis explained to me my warranty. I will be back for any muffler issues here only.Awesome service thank you both!!!!

The person that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional! He didn’t even let me finish speaking when he hung up on me. I tried calling back and he didn’t answer the call.

Found this Shop practically I would say hidden, However !!you know what they say “Hidden Gems” Baby! I brought my car in because 2-3 weeks ago LOUD! rattling beneath my trunk. Drove me crazy! and my is a 2022 btw ha!..So! Drove around Downey 2 Shops didn’t even bother. Almost giving up and bam!! 3rd luck’s a Charm The Hidden Gem LAURA’S MUFFLERS & COOLING SHOP I met Luis great! Great guy btw very helpful he was busy but said to me…“let me finish up this car and move some cars around and we’ll get it on the lift”And boom! Straight up took care of! Thanks LAURA’S MUFFLERS and thank you Luis for fixing my car.

Amazing service and Quality work. Luis and his coworker welded new mufflers and connected the headers to the exhaust pipes on my Trans Am. Would recommend to anyone from a budget to a complete restoration.

Was trying to get a smog check done and found out my catalytic converter was aftermarket. I needed to be replaced. Luis was able to get the part the same day and put the new catalytic converter on in a Jiffy! They were so kind, and I appreciate their attention to my situation

My muffler exhaust tip was rusted out and was almost falling off. Called these folks up while waiting to get gas at Costco down the street from their business. I was in and out faster than it took me to get gas. Their work was done with quality materials/products. They didn't try to upsell me with more expensive products, they showed me what they had and we discussed my preferences. Laura, Luis, and Jose are good people and truly have a local mom & pop operation that should be supported. May you have continued success and blessings, and thank you for being fair and honest. A characteristic trait that's quickly becoming obsolete nowadays.

I broke off my O-2 Sensor trying to take it out. Called them up and they said they can fix it. Arrived at 10:30am car was done by 3. Both were really pleasant and helpful. Very good price, even better service, and work. My check engine light is now off and back to normal. Thank you!
