People complain about everything, this business provides good service and good prices and are honest. If anyone wants to go somewhere they are being lied to and scammed for their money go ahead. But I've been going to this place for years and there is only one technician who treats your device with care and I never had any issues after my devices are fixed like other places. Satisfied

Great services and one technician! don't know how he keeps up with so many devices he has to fix. Not only that put the quality of work he puts in into fixing the devices. Don't get why people aren't more considerate!

Two stars for the honesty on day 1, but it went downhill from there.1. Went there on a Monday to have the charging port on my iPad fixed. The proprietor was honest in that there is always a chance that it cannot be fixed. I said my thanks and he said he’ll call the next day if it can be done or not.2. You can figure out what happened. You’ve seen this before. No call. For the whole week.3. By Friday, I called. The business’s number went to voicemail AND THE MAIL IS FULL!!! Yes, this is that type of business.4. Passed by on Monday and guy says he couldn’t fix it. Something I could have learned a week ago. I could have gone to my regular place.5. I told him this and he said he was busy. The store wasn’t busy. Even if he was busy, it just shows that he wouldn’t find time to live up his commitments.6. Here’s the final clincher: I was ready to get it back and guy asks me to come back in one hour so he can put the iPad back together. Holy!I have a regular place I go to for repairs. I wanted to give another business a shot. Do you think I’ll come back? Do you think I’ll recommend this place? The business does not care enough for its customers. The customers will not care as well.

I cracked my iPhones back screen really bad and needed it fixed ASAP! Came in that day, said he could fix it that very same day too !! Only took about 2 hours, he did an amazing job at an affordable price too !!! REALLY UNDERRATED, I really recommend this place for any phone issues or quick fixes !!!!

Kimo wireless is one of the best or maybe the best cellphone store customer service was great very helpful very clean and he made me feel welcome he fixed one of my phone's for my wife and I also bought a phone for a reasonable price he also threw in a new charger and case I would highly recommend to come here.... I'm not going to any other cell phone shop this one is AMAZING!!!!!!!!

I brought in a new screen protector and my cell phone and asked the owner if he would install the screen protector for me. When he found out I didnt buy the phone there he refused to do it, saying he would only do it for phones bought there. If you like a bad attitude & an unfriendly person then this is the place to go.

I needed repair for my Android cell phone. I have been to this place before, the problem had on my phone was battery and connector. He told me that he'll fix both problem for 60 bucks and done it in one hour.. Time
