I'm torn on these 3 stars. I left my truck there for a quick oil change. They didn't call me for 2 hours. I had to call them, and they just said that their shift changed and no one told the new shift to call. I brought them my SUV to get an oil change as well and took my truck home. The oil was changed and everything looked good. Again, I waited 2 hours and no call, so I had my wife drive me back to see what happened. Apparently, the printer ran out of ink and they couldn't call because my number didn't print out. I feel like it was in the computer, but this was their excuse. I went to use the bathroom and a roach ran at me immediately. The oil change was good, but the roach and the not calling me makes me want to give them a two star rating. The young guys working there were doing their best so I gave them a three, but it seems like management is not training them, giving them supplies, or keeping the place clean. Also, one car got a sticker showing the mileage for the next oil change and one didn't. I wont go back, and yes, I included a picture of the roach.

I went to get an oil change and immediately the attitude the female had reeked of “no customer service experience.” She quoted me 104(ish) dollars. This a crazy price compared to competitors but I was tired and just wanted to get home. I agreed. She then comes in saying it’s actually 125(ish) because of the amount of oil I need. She tells me this after I see the staff already in my hood and under my car. I disagreed with the service and left.My concern is her attitude toward the customer. Her tone of voice, facial expression, and demeanor is one of who hates people. She needs training as I felt unwelcomed. Therefore I took my business elsewhere.Also, this price is crazy. Midas hooked it up much better, with tire rotation also.

I took my car last week, I stood there for a while before someone acknowledge I was there. They saw me but it was a couple on younger guys just goofing around. This is the second time that I tried getting my oil change there but , same thing the worker are always goofing around. No one asked if I needed help, also they did my oil change and screwed up my oil pan, now I have to replace the whole part. They just jammed the screw in. Worst place ever!!!!!

almost didn't go to jiffy lube because of other locations where i did not get the satisfaction i wanted but since i had not been to this bellflower location before i decided to give jiffy lube one more chance and i am so glad i did. all employees were excellent representatives of your business and went over and above for me, especially Jhabert (not sure if i have the name spelled correctly) but i was extremely happy with the service and will only use this jiffy lube location in the future for all my auto needs. Big thumbs up for the staff at bellflower blvd and alondra in bellflower, ca.

When I first arrived... Until I left rep. Jharet was very courteous and professional (along with other associates I came across). Plus I like that they show you the issues. It makes it a lot easier when you may have to spend extra for other work to be done. Keep up good work.
