Love this shop! Born and raised in the Netherlands I am glad to get snacks and seasonings for dishes I grow up with. I drive an hour every once in a while to stock up on some stuff. This one is way better than the one down the street. People here are friendlier too.

This is a great Dutch Market . It's got European zalt (salt licorice) , Saturday Candies , dry toast, chocolate letters for any child's name . Cute magnets , shirts and small items. This is the place .A proper small European style shop run by none other than the most kindest , helpful, Dutch ambassador Maria. They carry Prince of Wales tea , small mints , noodles for Bahmi / bihon , mustards , soups , biscuits and traditional rusks with matching tins Indonesia soy sauce (Ketchep) Princess Wilhelmina mints in all sizes, wooden shoes and everything perfect for a little surprise near a chimney or as a nice gift from the grandparents.

I visited the store and I find it surprising that they have so many products to offer from Holland. Their food is very fresh and it is a memory of Holland. I will be coming to this store because the customer service there is superb.

Please stay around. Have been in the US since 2016, and this was by far the best Dutch market in California/New York I visited. Bigger liquorice collection then in most Dutch supermarkets, and some candies I haven't even seen in the Netherlands since I was a kid. Besides that, they have everything you would expect. Pleasantly surprised about the amount of frozen produce as well, which are almost impossible to find elsewhere or online. They deliver as well. If they want to be even more great, they should maybe consider some more regional produce. While the Dutch markets in NY were more 'Frisian' focussed , this one clearly felt more general. What I miss most from home, are mostly these regional dishes. I would literally pay 2000+ a year to have a good Brabants worstenbroodje each weekend. Not kidding (There is a fast growing Dutch population from Brabant in SoCal I believe, because of ASML).

As a Dutch woman myself, I absolutely LOVE this market!! They never fail to deliver on delicious snacks that help me satisfy the nostalgia craving. I love coming in for the Gouda; they even have. CUMIN GOUDA which I was only able to order online from Holland, or to have my aunts smuggle over in shoes when they visit. The first option is usually quicker, but that wax packaging on good Dutch Cheese makes the shoe thing less weird... I digress; Holland International Market is a must visit when in the area. I stop by for all my favorite snoopjes and absolutely LOVE the decor. I have tried personally to buy their antique Dutch chandelier twice, it's a no go. The staff really knows their Dutch customs and does nothing but represent Dutch culture and "The Dutch Way" completely appropriately. I feel like it's a mini slice of holland close to LA. And that saves me on airfare. Super recommend this place to anyone Dutch or curios about our culture and flavors. They've really got a great thing going here! Thank you guys for doing what you do. I'll definitely be back again!
