It's not recommended to shop here! This organization in Los Angeles seems to have lost its way. They hardly accept personal item donations and are very picky about what they do take. If it's something from a poorer person that looks unattractive or isn't worth much, they definitely won't want it. They most likely only accept brand new items, preferably in large quantities. It no longer feels like an environmentally-friendly effort to repair, reuse, and care for the Earth; it feels more like a commercial enterprise. Perhaps they have relationships with some big companies and engage in potential exchanges of benefits, but I can't say for sure. Overall, it feels like Habitat is no longer the charming place it used to be, and finding treasures has become much harder. If you have extra cash, donating to other organizations might be a better option. At least you can feel more at ease regarding trust and discrimination.

I love this place, there is furniture at a very good price and good quality. I visit frequently and always buy something. The employees are very attentive and help you so that you leave satisfied.

We drove from South Central Los Angeles, CA to pick up a wood table and chairs complete unit. It became the standard for the three other's.

Love Habitat for Humanity. This is the biggest location I have ever scene. We have lived in Oregon for the last 6 years, and HFH is great up there too. Customer/donor for life!

These guys are phenomenal, we had a pick up scheduled today and it was raining and they were concerned about the weather conditions and the road and they made it all work. Truly truly saved the day!! Thank you Leo and Jeff! Hope you get a raise!

I've been on the search for unique pieces of furniture to decorate my house with a Mid Century Modern Style. This place has been really helpful. I have found some perfect wood pieces (i use as a coffee bar) a fridge and an ottoman! Everything has been perfect quality, gently used and such a good price! I love that they post what they have for sale on instagram. It makes the search very easy and convenient.
