I literally love this store it's always my go to when I need something to go out or any cute shoes. IDK why there's so many bad reviews on costumer service I personally feel like the girls are very nice and well spoken. The things the sell are very affordable too.

I love this fashion store. They frequently have new items at great prices. The only thing I hate is that they still have their dressing rooms closed and at this point I don't think they plan at ever reopening them. I hope they reconsider this as it would motivate people to definitely purchase more if they're able to confidently purchase something knowing it fits well. I know I would be spending more money here if I was able to try on clothes before buying it. They only give you a 7 day window to exchange or get store credit which is inconvenient and a hassle to do in such short period of time. Please open your dressing rooms!

Fitting rooms closed to the public for no reason, so good luck buying clothes without trying it on. No refunds only store credit! No thanks!

Been coming here for years because they have a pretty good plus size section. Today, wasted a whole hour shopping because they waited until I got to the counter to tell me 1. Dressing rooms are off limits. 2. But dresses are final sale (known policy). But there's no allowance for the fact that the dressing rooms are off limits right now. You can try them on over your clothes in the main part of the store. Wth. Everything else you can exchange or get store credit within 7 days. 3. The only mirror to use, IF you should decide to try on clothes **out in the open part of the store** (eye roll) is a friggen shoe mirror that's about a foot high. 4. Why. Just... why? The sense that this doesn't make is enough to give me a headache. Steer clear. I've looked past shoddy customer service, rude staff, clothes that last for 1, maybe 2 washes, and weird exchange policies for quite some time, but this takes the cake. I could always come in here and find a little top or cover up, some pjs or a tank on the fly, ignoring the obvious, including other Yelp reviews. But naw. I'm good. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. And the workers are so oblivious to how to greet a customer, offer assistance. I mean, come around and ask "do you need any help finding anything"...."may I take your clothes up to the register"... or maybe a "by the way our dressing rooms are off limits.... Etc etc." so you don't spend an hour shopping with no way to try on things that are non returnable. What a disappointment. Like, a major one. SMH.
