I want to start off by saying I've been coming to this fashion trend since I was in middle school and now I am in my early 20s. The girls do a great job at customer service and helping you find the best outfit choice for any occasion or season. One CON is the return policy. The return policy has always been super strict and a little unfair. For starters, you can not return something and get your money back for any reason, however they do allow you to exchange. Please make sure that the tiny little price tag is still attached to the dress because they will not allow you to exchange the dress even if the little price tag is not on. To me that is an extremely petty reason to not accept an exchange on an item. Also do not mention whether or not you wore the dress even if it was for 30 minutes because they will not accept it. As far as value, most of the items there are worth the price. For the store to be there for so long they don't really offer many discount options and they don't have many sales.... Just marked off prices on items that don't sell.

Bad customer service. Bad quality clothes. I bought a dress from here and it literally ripped As I was getting ready to wear it to a wedding! I called to ask for an exchange and they refused. Terrible service! At least offer an exchange.

I'm been a costumer to this store for a couple years now, always good outfits and cute! Owner always nice including staff at Downey location but I just experienced the worse customer service at your bellflower location. Two girls were accusing me saying I was laying about returning an item that I bought two weeks ago and it didn't fit me it was 28$ short I was not able to try them out in the store, I had my receipt I kept it in the bag and the shorts had the tags in place. I was told the item was missing one tag that I was not aware of and I don't even remember if it was there when I bought it. I asked to just give a half price in credit store because I was not aware of that tag and I told them I didn't have it. I was denied that request saying it was all policy that I need that tag and they were accusing me of lying about it and I totally understand policies when it come to returning items but telling your customer in-front of other people in the store you were lying making you feel like I wanted to get free things it's not the way to approach the situation they told me to come back when the owner was in the store and I said this is my only day off and they just said to me they can't do anything about it ? I left the short at the store with the receipt because I was not going to fight or be rude for 28$ And honestly I was not going to use them, they said we don't want your things as I was leaving yelling across the room from the cashier it was an embarrassing situation as I was walking for something I paid and I was just asking to return or get I least half price in store credit or money back whatever the policy is but this two employees are not doing a great customer experience thank you for your time on reading my email I just wanted to bring this up to your attention For further reference the store is been great overall but this experience was terrible. Hey you are thick at the bottom small at the top please do not shop here. They do not have sizes for women like us. I've shopped here for years when I was smaller. I asked several times if they will get them bigger sizes and they always say our sizes run small. Last week I purchased an outfit from here. But because it was too small I wanted to return it. The tags were still on the itemsAnd I had the receipt. I called to ask before coming in and they told me that I could return it. When I got in and she then stated that I could not return it I can only exchanged. It sucks that I've been given business to this business for so long over two years now and this is how they treat their valued customers never again

Been shopping here for years! Such a great local boutique. Clothes are super trendy on point. You literally can find something for any occasion weather it’s for ur daily attire or birthday dinner Or any special occasion. Staff is very helpful and friendly and will suggest cute outfits you may like. I’ve also come across the owner Lori , occasionally while shopping in the store and she has eye for style and very pleasant and helpful I always have a great experience when I come here. I would definitely recommend you check out this hidden gem. FYI , fitting rooms are closed at the moment due too covid , but I would not be hesitant they have wonderful clothes and you can exchange if need be as long as you have ur tags and receipt. Like most stores they have standard policies you must follow. There always getting shipments in weekly so if an item doesn’t fit I always find something in the store too use my store credit towards . Check out the store you will have no regrets

Terrible experience. The owner Lori had an attitude with me just for asking a question, and with another woman shopping as well. I simply asked her if were able to try on clothes and she had an attitude with me just for asking a question. All she had to do was be nice about it. I see that I’m not the only person to complain about the owner. It’s not hard to be polite & kind to people. I recommend not to go to this store, it’s not worth it.

Definitely my favorite store ever. Came to shop on Saturday last minute for my vacation and the store was busy but the workers never fail to help me find the perfect outfits! The owner was so sweet and and definitely knows what she’s doing when it comes to styling. Thank you guys can’t wait to post the pictures!

I was shopping with my friend and she was trying on a dress over her clothes and the owner, an older white woman, rudely says “you can’t do that” and I didn’t like her attitude or her tone of voice toward my friend. She could have been nice about it but she wasn’t. She was rude. I defended my friend and said, “I just saw some woman try on something over her clothes” and she aggressively said, “show me who it is and I’ll say something to her” I then said, “I’d rather you didn’t, this is horrible customer service. You could be nice about it” so we handed her the dress and said you lost 2 customers and she says “that’s fine goodbye” with the rudest voice and most attitude. She literally was giving off the worst energy as if people can’t feel it, and her tone of voice with us was unacceptable. We were nothing but polite and she was rude and stuck up. Don’t go here, the owner clearly wants to give people attitude.

The owner was rude with me and it could have ruined my day if I would’ve allowed it, I’m not going here ever again. There are other complaints about her being rude, I’m sure she’s the owner. People are already going through enough right now, she doesn’t need to make things worse when you’re just going shopping and she gives you serious attitude for no reason. Shop somewhere else, there are better places to get clothes.

The owner was very rude to me for no reason. I was putting on a dress over my clothes and the way she was talking to me telling me I cant do that, she had an attitude with me & had horrible energy. Her tone of voice with me was beyond rude & she had a bad attitude with me for no reason, I wasn’t even saying anything. She seems to be an older woman who’s not happy with her life and wants to take it out on whoever she can. Don’t go here unless you want bad vibes from the owner.

Went in already knowing what I wanted, obviously did not try on items due to dressing rooms being closed. But if you are a friend of the rude associates it's ok. Any who bought a dress yesterday went home tried it on super cute but noticed it has a tear, so I took it back today to exchange it but because it had a little smudge of makeup they didn't take it back. I'm sure when dressing rooms were open many items had smudges on them. My question is do they resale items that are torn? Where they gonna put it back on the sales floor or did they not want to take it back and take responsibility or what was sold to me? I drove all the way from OC to support small business. They just lost a client. I was also able to wipe off the little smudge of makeup with a wipe.
