Went there on a Saturday for a change of transmission fluid because my car was making a noise every time I would shift my car to drive and Juan told me that my car needed a "treatment" which was him applying a liquid that supposedly cleans your transmission. So that after 2 weeks, he can properly change the transmission fluid and replace the filter. He charged me $350 and made me give him $200 upfront and give him the rest when I would eventually come back. I came back after 2 weeks and he took the whole day from when they open until around 4 and had to be constantly calling to check up on my car to eventually pick it up (they never called me to let me know it was done). When I arrived he exclaimed that the car was fixed and ready to go, only for me to find out that the problem that I had with the shifter was exactly the same and that's after he even told me that he had test driven it.
I feel robbed and scammed of my $350 and hope he doesn't do this to anybody else.
(Turns out the problem wasn't the transmission fluid after I went with a competent mechanic, shout out Don Lupe from Sinaloa Auto Repair)

Mike the Cashier was nice. Sal who worked on my tire was nice and cool and he swapped my spare out and didn't even need to ask and he made sure I was taken care of. Thank you family tire I will be returning

Had an issue with a leaking tire and they patched it in no time. Also got a complimentary pressure check for my other tires.

Came with a tire from home to swap with worn tire on my truck...balance and swap was $35...I don't recommend coming here. I know places in long beach that would charged $20 and twice as fast. Only came here because I was in a rush

Terrible business. Went there a year ago to get my tires changed. They ended up losing the key to my lug nut lock. Demanded they gave me a new one. Just took my car to get a used tire for the meantime. Paid $60 for a used tire that was flat 2 days later. Go to walmart. $70 for new tires

The big guy was charging me $160 to swap out some tires I brought from home and that was with only balancing the front tires.Went down the street and only paid $60 and balanced all 4 tires. I would consider calling around for quotes before business here.

HORRIBLE! I GOT A FLAT near this shop and came in for a used tire just to get me home , i drove about 15 miles when my tire pressure started decreasing, I called Mike said come in we can change that for you, I said I can't I have my kids I'm scared to drive I'll go ahead and have my man take it tmrw.it's the next day my man couldn't get the wheel studs of I decide to call AAA to have them put on a spare to get me to family tires turns out all of the wheel studs were striped of so it didn't have grip. at this point I have no way in bringing it in to them , I have to purchase new studs and tow to a local tire shop. i call family tires explaining that not only did they sell me a 65 dollar tire that couldn't even get me home they also striped off the studs and now I have spent double money, and all they said was I don't know what happened their , what do you want me to do the car is not here.. well no shit sir.. didn't even ask what employee helped. its a fucking tire shop it's employee should have experience the guy I spoke to was completely rude and told him I was going to put them on blast, people should not take their business here, he stated he didn't care. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! This deserved no stars ! If your near the area and get a flat go anywhere but HERE!

Nice service, clean atmosphere for a tire shop. Treated me with respect, did not feel like they were predatory .. because I was a women. The atmosphere is about what I expected.. not much seating..so leave all your kids and dogs at home. Get in..get serviced..get out.
