The service here is exceptional, friendly and attentive. I am a long time customer and have found the owners to be extremely reliable. The service is wonderful and I recommend their service to anyone seeking reliable and great service. I've gotten to the the couple and they are very genuine.

I brought in my 501s with some minor dirt stains and picked them up later that week with the same stains. I didn't like the excuses that were made as to why the stains were still there also the fact heavy starch was unavailable. I feel as though I paid good hard earned money for half a$$ job. I'm giving this location 2 stars because she did offer to try to do a better job next time. Yeah right.

Bad customer service. The owner is very rude. This is the third time my clothes come out dirty and when you complain he doesn't offer a discount or reimbursement. Take your business to Town Cleaners off Alondra Blvd.

I had a really good experience here. Originally came in to get a dress hemmed, in addition to a dress shirt dry cleaned. The woman offered to have a price to him the dress so I decided not to do it with her and ended up finding a place almost $15-$20 cheaper elsewhere. I did clean the shirt with her though and it was a reasonable price and they did a good job. Even though I didn't like the price they offered for the dress, the woman was extremely nice and totally understanding when I said no. I would go black for dry cleaning services, but perhaps not tailoring.

I took my uniform jacket here i just recently got a fresh pair from my job and nothing was wrong with it and now theres things falling off of it . i dont think it was an accident . im disappointed .never going here again.

Let me start by saying I have been letting John take care of all of my clothing for almost 17 years!!! Let me tell you the quality and service they provide is impeccable! My clothing always looks great! No fading and no funny smells. They take better care of my clothing than me...LOL. I would not trust another establishment with my clothing. Very kind and trustworthy people. Just like family. If you want your clothing cleaned and very well taken care of please don not hesitate to take your clothing here. Excellent dry cleaning and more! This is the worst cleaners ever. I dropped off my uniform jackets for school on a Friday came back on Monday and my items were nowhere to be found they claim the were not ready. I was told I could come back Tuesday to pick them up. I showed up Tuesday morning only to find out that my clothes were not at the cleaners location at all. And that their machine had broken down several days ago. I showed back up later on that afternoon at 4 to retrieve my clothing only to receive a bunch of excuses as to why my clothes were not prepared. And to top it off they claimed they were sorry for the inconvenience but would not offer any type of discount even when I ask them for one. This Asian owned company is truly a rip-off here in the United States.
