I solely I'm writing a review for the Employee Fernando. I had a very unpleasant experience on October 4th after the car wash chains broke during my car wash my right rim was scratched and some minor paint was scratched from the lower part of my car. I didn't even get my car washed I did get a refund I left upset with a headache and a dirty scratched car. Today I went to speak to the manager I was greeted by Fernando who assured me he would take care of me. He was very pleasant and professional he assisted with removing some of the scratches from my rim and came up with a solution for my other scratched parts. I am very thankful for his assistance and his very optimistic attitude and problem-solving.

Location is clean and well maintained. Free vacuums with wash, they say five minute limit, however they usually don't gripe unless it's super busy. Personal preference, but I feel like the dryer starts too soon in the cycle and the towels that they have to help dry in the tunnel don't always come down. (We've gone through with several different types of cars.) Competitive pricing when compared to other local washes.

Real good car wash!They open easily in the morning, clean location. $7 for a basic car wash... the vacuums work good and they have a small pressured blower to clean out the dusty areas. Music loudspeakers add to the chill vibe.

the guy named Leo did not put tape on my back windshield wiper. instead of doing that simple job he was eating corn nuts! In the end my whole wiper motor was messed up and everything came off. I told lady at the entrance and she told me to leave my info so the manager could help me with my bad service since I would need to get it fixed. To this day, no contact from them. terrible do not come here please!

When I visited Tommys Express I found it to be a wonderful place to get a quick and easy wash with great prices. Employees making sure things are running smooth and effective. Also, the owner was getting in on the action working the line and making it a more hospitable environment. Will definitely be back If im in the area again due to his professionalism alone.

I have been going to this place since they opened I recently went and the machine scratched up my trunk I went back 5 times and on the 5th time they sent a young man and he tells me looks like I had boxes on the back of my car and I took off and the boxes fell off the boxes wasn't flat because they have streaks I had parting words and left now I am headed to small claim's and letting a judge give his final word

Brought my car yesterday morning 10/04/22 it was my first time, and I got stock inside the car wash machine the guy forgot to open the other side of the gate. The car in front of me was honking, and the guys appeared running 2 min later. That was some Final Destination movie Shhhht!!!! When I finally got out the guys excuse was the gate got stock. My car was still wet with soap and it has some scratches. I keep trying to contact the business and nada!!!!. They should close this place. Ohh!! And I got everything on video.

This place is trash I wish I could put a video or my car here because it is still completely wet..they don't clean the front windows or dry it because it's a keep they clam..this places is trash and the own is trash...wish I could put no stars...smh

I was insulted by mean workers at this car wash. I went this car wash around 3pm on Sep 3. I asked the girl at the booth for the best wash ($14 one). She was mocking when I gave her my credit card and I did not understand why she was doing so. I did not pay attention to the number she wrote on my wind "$7" till I was at the wash with the operating person. I asked about the grade of wash I was about to get and he said I paid $7 only..... (he even went to the booth to ask about what I paid for) Okay..it is the cheapest one.... now I understood why the girl was mocking... The best wash for me meant the cheapest one to the girl. Well, I needed wax on my vehicle so even though my vehicle was washed, I went back to the booth and asked again for the $14 wash. I was trying to give her my credit card but she did not take it but said "go ahead". She knew what she was doing. There was another girl at the booth (taking over the shift?) and she wrote $14 on my windshield. Now I was getting the $14 one. I got back at the wash and was expecting to see the best wash sign flashing. Nope, this operator gave me another $7 wash even though $14 was written on my wind shield. It was very insulting. These people made me feel like an idiot. I am an Asian and this car wash is full of hispanic and black people. I even felt like I was discriminated against. To the owner: I was a loyal customer for the past few years, but I will never go back again. I wish there was a worse rating than 1 star.

You have to completely dry your car....their blow dryer is useless and you have to get tokens into the store to use the vacuum

My car was sounding very wrong going through that car wash, it was really rough on my car. After i got home from the car wash there was a HUGE dent on the back side of my car and scratches on my window....TERRIBLE CAR WASH DO NOT COME HERE.

This place ripped off my car wifi/antana right off and did notice until I got home.. can't believe it!!! I'm going to see what they say and get back to this review... went back to this s*** hole got my cover back and u know what that fat owner said to me (Tommy) that my car is sof'n cheap and didn't even apologize. PEOPLE DO NOT COME HERe

came in today for a car wash , car wash damaged my cars rim and chipped some paint off my car , told the owner manager supervisor they refused to hold any responsibility, do not come here they will damage your vehicle, this guy told me to f*** off after showing him the damage his machine did to my car !!!
