Everything is fine, except that they no longer have many things that are worth having, and also an older lady who brings with her a hell of a genius every day, poor date, now I watch her go out at night with another woman,Poor village HIba almost dragging its feet,,Hello, I have seen how he does his job very well, and it shows that he is very responsible,I just think that whatever problems you have you have to leave them somewhere else and bring them to your work.Because I think that anyone who has a job, even with attention to the public, always has to have a good attitude.

Always find something in this store, it like doing my shopping here first. Good deals on many items that are out of reach price wise in other stores.

This location is one of my 80 year old moms favorite places to browse. We're always finding good stuff. Friendly cashiers and always well stocked!

this place is so bad. all the employees are rude as heck. come tomorrow I will be calling corporate to complain. every single one of the people that work there need to go to school on how to treat their customers. NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED.

Alright first and foremost I’d just like to let it be known I work in the same what do you want to call it, “shopping center” so I’m always heading to the dollar tree to get snacks during my breaks and lunches. I swear to you there isn’t a day where they have more than one register open. There be 3-4 workers in store and one register open with a extremely long a** line that goes through the middle of the store/aisle. The other employees seeing the long line don’t even bother to help out atleast for 5-10mins, to get the line down. And the store managers gets called to the front and takes decades to hop on register. By the time he opens up between customers he’s getting out of the register and doing other things. Like sir stay on the register and finish up the line. Why bother opening up at that point if you’re going to take 20mins to help out every 5 customers ?.They have what you need though. Not everything because it’s a pretty small dollar tree but a decent amount of things.

So very disgusting by the actions of whom they call their store manager. That man is a complete disgrace! Has followed/chased me in from the parking accusing me of stealing from this location the day prior when I was never there. And then just the other day, I was there and the next person in line. That “store manager”, the lack of one really, was also cashiering that day, and had stepped away from his register and took my items off the conveyor belt. I swatted my stuff from his hands and told him to never touch my stuff again. That man is a disgrace and needs to be reprimanded. I smell lawsuit in the air.

I’m on writing this review to give a shout out to Romelia. She was the cashier at this particular location, and she was displayed great customer service. The line was long and she was the only cashier, other associates were stocking (I seen them) the manager was in the corner office on the phone LOUD. She asked him 4 times for assistance. 4 TIMES! And he kept advising her to hold on, no sense of urgency. Then she finally asked should she call for assistance herself, he yells no. I heard it, the line heard it. The lady before me did a transaction w/ cash I’m not entirely sure what the reason was but she needed change afterwards and Romelia kept telling her I apologize my manager is coming to open the register. But as we all seen he NEVER came. In fact Romelia even went to get own purse to try and get her change (above and beyond, she shouldn’t have to do that! The manager should be supporting his/her team!) the customer didn’t want her to get introuble and said forget it and just left. I’ll probably never shop at this location again, it was unorganized, and obvious the management needs work but again Thank You Romelia! You’re amazing. The world needs more customer service driven people like you!

9/04/22 it was 100 degrees in bellflower, and the store AC it was off, it was horrible inside for a customer, so imagine the employers, I saw a couple of customers asking the manager about turning on the AC, and he ignored them, the cashier said “we ask him already, but he doesn’t want to do it” I feel bad it was horrible, so I try too to talk to him, and he walk away, really bad manager for the employers work condition
