This is my first review that I have to make in google actually, since I have been a member. This is because I’m very upset with your service. I called you to explain the situation but you refused to listen and review my tax return. Better yet, you made me feel very stupid. It’s also not very professional on your part to email my spouse and say, “what comes around goes around”. Everyone is entitled to make a review and this is my opinion about your business.

I've been coming to this place to do my tax for the past 4yrs now and everything has been the same other than I had a newborn 2yrs ago. This year we filed with Gary again and he said everything would be about the same as last year. So we filed and 21 days later, IRS notified us that they had deducted 2k from us. So, I asked Gary what happened and he said IRS gave us too much money from our first stimulus check. REALLY? I'm entitled to $2900 for 2 adult and one child. Which doesn't make sense! We are not stupid! The stimulus shouldn't affect my refund at all. Any professional tax preparer knows that! He refused to admit he made a mistake and to review my tax again. He kept blaming me for my first stimulus check which has nothing to do with the IRS deduction in the first place. He even had the nerve to email my wife saying " What goes around comes around" after I gave him a review on google. You're right Gary... karma is coming to get you because I did nothing wrong! So people.....save yourself the headache and stress and go somewhere else. This guy can't do your tax right!

Filing my personal and corp taxes with Gary the past couple of years has been seamless. I like the time he gives me to review all of the documents for any revisions or additions that need to be made before I e-sign anything. One reason the process is seamless is because all of my finances are organized. I use Quickbooks Self-Employed to track all of my expenses throughout the year, then export the reports needed for Gary to file my taxes. As much as I prefer to meet in person, given we're in a pandemic, I liked how we were able to handle everything virtually, including e-signing my returns.

I've been going to Dependable Tax for a few years now. Gary is absolutely wonderful. He is very detailed and does his best to give you as much info as possible. I have a small business. Great customer service. Fast and accurate. I've had a great experience every time
