Don't recommend them n don't get the protection plan because either way it don't cover anything if you mess up your phone you would still have to pay for a new phone or almost 100$ for a screen repair never again

Amazing customer service!!!! Never felt so welcomed at no other place , until I came to this cricket store. The 2 girls that work there and their manager are very friendly, funny, and so helpful. I honestly didnt even feel like a customer, but more like a family member. I highly recommend this cricket store in Bellflower. Promise that it will be the best experience ever!!!!..They have such genuine souls.

Incredible store. Heidi, Joseline, and her mngr helped me with my new phone. Very talkative and with a happy energy. I came stressed, since my phone was not working and in pain because I was hit by a car, but they with their positivity made my day until I forgot that I was hit by a car. THANK YOU GIRLS NEVER CHANGE!!!! 1,000% RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Just want to say that I love going to this location, I live in Fullerton but I prefer this location because I always feel welcomed! Everyone and the mangr are always willing to help me with whatever issues I have and always let's me know about any updates on promotions and discounts I qualify for. I already added 3 extra lines to my account with the promotion of free phones. This is the best location, come and check it out..I promise you'll have the best experience ever!!

Everytime I go to this location, the manager there and her team are outstanding! The manager is very helpful, patient, and very friendly. I love her personality, makes me want to go more frequently. I highly recommend this location if you want great service and discounts.

I have been going to that store for years, I have bought 5 iPhones, until I got a super one, the worst experience of my life with the manager, I bought a GALAXY A54 phone, she got a receipt for more than a meter added things that I didn't even order, at the same time At the end of the day I'm paying double what the phone cost, I got home without even putting the line in, what damn courage!! I went to complain the next day, no one could solve my problems, I will never set foot in that store again in my life, the people who work there don't even have experience, totally fatal, see you never!! ??
