Was in a bind for a hubcap, and Donna went above and beyond to help me out! I called first and even though they didn't have the exact match for my car, she found a really close match and sent me a photo of what she had. It looked great for being used, and she sold it for an extremely reasonable price. The process was so smooth and she was so professional and kind. She turned my unpleasant missing hubcap experience into a positive situation with this one interaction. I appreciate that so much! I highly recommend Collins Hubcaps for your hubcap needs. :)

Was referred while calling around town looking for a stock rim. So glad i found this place. Excellent customer service. Tim went out of his way for me when i found myself in a pinch. So nice to be treated with respect. I highly recommend this place !!

I was referred to here from G&T wheels and I'm so glad they did. My car was shaking and I figured it was a bent piece of metal in the outer rim. I headed over and was greeted by a Tim/Tom (I forget which one) who said they could repair the rim but the chances of it fixing the problem might be minimal and I greatly appreciated his honesty. I gave it some time and thought what the heck let's take that chance. I had my family leave the car the next day and called the office to confirm what I wanted checked out. A Carlos answered the phone and he was what made the whole experience that much better. He was super nice and answered all my questions over the phone. He said he would take a look if the repair would help it and take a deeper look just in case. It was confirmed that not only was the outer rim but but actually the entire rim was totally out of whack. He even sent me a video and I was shocked I was driving that much on that wheel. Carlos said the entire rim needed to be replaced (that part sucked) and the worst part was my rims were a special/upgraded model and basically would cost a lot to order or hard to find used. I confirmed this myself by calling multiple places and it was indeed no where to be found. This only confirmed that Carlos was not tryna get more out of me. He advised me of my options which one of them he could search for a rim that was close to mine in their shop and put it on. I asked if he could spray paint it to match close to my color rims and he said yes which was only a nominal fee. I said sure to it all and they went to work. Carlos was even texting me images of my repair and updates the entire time which I was thankful for. In the end I was super surprised at both the outcome of the look of the rim AND that It fixed my shaking. I appreciate all the professionalism, honesty and the effort invested on my repair.

I got my VW smoothies widened and sand blasted here. Carlos got them done quick and the price was great! I'd highly recommend Collins for your wheel work

Wow. So nice for a woman to be able to take a car somewhere and get treated with the same respect as a Male! Needed a rim long story) and I got hooked up with a rim and hubcap for $50.00. Hubcap was optional $15, but my choice. Grabbed rim, was at Costco by 10:00 where they replaced my tire in 1 1/2 hrs. Would recommend Collins to everyone!!

I brought my crager wheels to collins and was throughly impress with the offset work he did on my wheels and for a price that blew me away. I could not believe my hearing on the price carlos did a great job well done

I have shopped there for at least 50 years even now since mr. Collins passed away I have always seem to have what I need hey what you do what I want it's not modern it's not pretty but I recommend them they can get you what you need
