I'm disappointed that the staff at Chevron on Lakewood Boulevard took a break for over an hour. It's frustrating, and now I understand why there are negative reviews. This significantly impacted my experience, contributing to my two-star rating.

Go elsewhere! I filled up my tank and purchased a carwash. I ran in to use the restroom. There were at least 2 people on duty. There was no soap, toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom at 10 in the am. Come on now, just plain ridiculous and sad. I informed the female cashier and she responded (as if I was imposing on HER day), "Oh...okay, we will take care of it."

Made an emerging stop for gas at approximately 11:35 pm. We wanted to pump gas to save money put staff person walked out of the gas station and put a sign BACK IN TEN MINUTES and then told us that she would be back at 11:50. We waited until 11:55 pm and she didn't come back. Saw her hop on a white truck and parked across the street. DO NOT STOP HERE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF GAS!!!

I'm not sure how my experience was accept I was told by the ambulance I was hit in a car accident and I was upside down. I suppose I was in this area being I suffered a massive concussion I cannot remember accept I have proof of my timeline from my 5 cell phone devices attached to my car that were not recovered and I have proof of where those devices are they are being tracked and tracked the car and my timeline. Thank you Chevron for all your support.

What a s*** gas station... wanted to break a $20 for two $10 bills .... that's it. DUMBFUCK running store didn't understand such a simple request. What f****** difference would it have made if i spent $5 or $10 , the f****** idiot WOULD STILL HAVE TO GIVE ME CHANGE . Maybe go get english classes that focus on " comprehension " or something to be a " service " station " .... targeting what " service " actually means. Stay away from this joke of a gas station. Incompetent .... Imbecilic.......

I should of read the reviews for this place before spending my money there. A one star is well deserved after I read the other reviews, so it's clear that I am not the only one that wasn't treated right. After a few hours of driving, I had to stop to use a restroom so bad. Unfortunately, I chose this place. I pumped some gas, and headed inside to use the restrooms, but the lady denied me the access even when they have a sign outside offering restroom service for customers. I told her it was an emergency, but she didn't care, she just gave me her ugly face.

I am a daily customer here and have been for years. The clerk Karina is an embarrassment to Chevron. She not only pretended to not notice I am there waiting and knocking to be attended, but she actually snaps when I have to knock on the window for service.. A total failure in her job and a failure for Chevron for employing such a substandard employee.

Went in forgot my mask in the car. I really agree with the mask rule. I always follow the rule to wear a mask (simply forgot). I'm not asking for special treatment/ rule change. I just thought since the transaction/contact was already complete (exact change was on the counter & I was turned around to walk out the door) that she would eccept it and let me know I needed a mask next time. I really thought she would let it slide because there were no customers, only two employees one with NO mask on (hangingaroundher neck). She was putting some snacks away in the customer area. No mask is the one who wouldn't serve me by the way, even though contact had already been made, money on counter & I was exiting. DON'T FORGET SHE HERSELF WAS NOT FOLLOWING THE RULE To WEAR A MASK PURPOSELY. & she was rude! I guess they're just not very nice hear. Read the other reviews.
