Visited Haven Elite Urgent Care. This is one of the best I've been to. I don't know the name of the Plaza. It was in. But I do know, one thing can you imagine only being able to Go in and out the same drive way. Traffic coming in and Traffic going out. The Plaza I went to is at 6417 Haven Ave Ste 110 Ranch Cucamonga 91737
