I have purchased a kitchen faucet from them and it was defective. Had my receipt and exchanged for my money back.... no problem. They have a variety of essential supplies you cannot always find. Trust has a professional installation team if you want them to recommend floor, Cabenit, counter top, etc. Prices are very reasonable but the workers are very professional, enthusiastic and thorough. I know it's not easy to find a reputable Vietnamese Business, but I really like the way Bao and Business work so I want to write it up here so everyone can have more reputable options. Lacey's service was excellent: the estimate was given within two business days from our first contacting them; the price was very reasonable and the installers arrived on time and finished on time. They worked hard and were considerate. I received a check-back call within an hour of their finishing the installation to confirm whether I had further needs, which I did not. Sometimes it's hard to schedule around my and my tenants schedules, but that hasn't been an issue. His installers have been easy to schedule with and have shown up on time and done quality work in a timely manner. We will definitely be using LA carpets again in the future.”
