TERRIBLE SERVICE. How do you run an animal store when you are not kind to animals. I can't believe how rude the stupid lady was she seemed too young to be that mean to customers while working in a customer service position I should have gone and looked for the owner and talk to them but instead I drove away a pissed off going to find another place that will be more helpful which will literally be any place this person was such an a****** I hate this place and I implore you to think twice before coming there to spend your heart earn money

This is the best pet/feed place within a 30 mile radius. Dog, cat, bird, livestock, etc. This place has all of the necessities I need. Highly recommend!

Blacksmith corner is the only store near the south bay area that sells a variety of poultry and birds as well as supplies that cater to their needs. Their prices are also cheaper than other feed supplies stores in the south bay.

We were walking in 5m till closing with my 2 toddlers and the workers rudely told us they were closed and when I said it was 5m till closing, they made a face and pretty much turned us down and my daughters were sad they couldn't buy a baby chick.
The employees there don't care about connecting with a customer

Good prices. Huge store. Has live animals for sale. Staff are friendly. There's always help when you need one or need to ask something. They deliver!!

I'm only giving blacksmith's corner Three stars because one- they're local to where I live and two- I've encountered one friendly staff.... but their customer service has changed over time not a lot of friendly smiling faces... there was one woman I dare not say she was middle age but she was a brunette very friendly and attentive (slender body) but other than that there's a friendly element that's lacking here at blacksmith's corner. As a rescue I come here often.... I've also seen ( not that this has anything to do with the rating) but the prices have gone up on certain things and they don't even offer a rescue discount so unfortunately I will have to be going to another feed store.
