I went there with my daughters and my brother because one of my daughters wanted to learn how to ride a bike and I do recommend this shop all the people were nice one of the workers showed her how to ride the bike she started riding it almost everyday
Tbh it's good and we went back because she wanted a basket for her bike ∩( ✧Д✧)∩

Best customer service highly recommended, I stopped by for a seat and drove out with 3 electric bikes . Vito allowed my family to test out some bikes and ended up driving them alway lol my kids loved the service and attention. Will always come back here for all my bicycles needs .

Pickup up some needed items for my bicycle recently. Good customer service from the phone call to in person help. Plenty of bikes to choose from especially BMX. Will come back for my bicycles needs

Well, they just reopened the Bian store closed for robbery, I think it was when they robbed but at that time I didn't know the people from bellflower so if I had been there now I would have located them I already know all the people here in bellflower if they check the cameras they would recognize each other

I was given a bike by my son so I could exercise a bit but it was pretty shabby . Took it down to Bellflower Bikes and they took care of it for me . Had everything I needed and more . Very friendly and accommodating .

The new owner here totally destroyed the BMX seen at bellflower he knows nothing of the people that owned it before him that created the strong BMX team of pro riders that came out of this area even the bellflower racing team no longer associates themselves with RIP Andy and Jeff it will never be the same.

This place has completely turned around since the new owner Vito bought Bellfower bicycles. Decided to give these guys another try under new ownership I have to say some of the best service I ever got There. Staff is highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly aswell as have a huge selection of everything you need. Give these a try if you haven't. You won't be disappointed.

The customer service was the BEST! Called looking for a particular bike for my grandson and Vito checked and they had it. Was able to pay for the bike over the phone and pick it up the next day. Bikes come with a lifetime service warranty. Great shop and highly recommend.

Under new ownership. I bought my Riley Roadster here in 2020 for around $650 bucks, the dude who sold me the bike took his time asking what I was looking for and making sure I found a bike that was the right fit and I did! I love my bike, the best part about it was the lifetime service. I came back to get it serviced in 2021 and the wait time was 2 weeks which I didn't have a problem with because it's free and a lifetime of service. When they serviced my bike it felt brand new again, I was completely satisfied. I rode that bad boy to the beach and back 40+ miles with friends just having fun. I came back to get it serviced a week ago and Tye, the mechanic, mentioned it was under new ownership because the owner unfortunately passed away. It's $129 to get it serviced now, plus $80 for the wheels and $20 for a new tube in the back tire that was flat. I talked to Vin or Vic?, the new owner, just to see if there was any goodwill service that could be done since I was sold on the lifetime service. He seemed really peeved about it and said he'd give me a $50 discount. The whole time just completely avoiding making eye contact or even wanted to talk about it. It just felt uneasy talking to him. He said he'll have the bike ready the next day for pick up because he wanted the bikes in and out quickly. I told him I'll have to wait until payday on Friday in a few days so they could take their time. (I was hoping it would be good service instead of a speedy service) I came to pick up my bike on the Friday and I ended up spending around $160 with the discount he gave me. I also bought a bell which he brought down to $10 when it was $30. Making it around $170 total that I spent for a new bell and to get my bike serviced. I rode the bike home and it didn't feel serviced at all! Once I got home the back tire was flat again, they charged me for a new tube and I'm 100% sure they just put some kind of handyman patch on it. The owner seemed for worried about making sure his pockets were filled rather than making sure the customer was taken care of. I don't even care about the money, just completely disappointed in the new ownership of this business. I'm sure he only gave me the bell for $10 because he felt bad for not having my bike serviced properly. I'll never spend a single penny here ever again in my life. If you bought your bike here before April 2022, you no longer have your lifetime service but you'll get a $50 discount with your receipt on the $129 service fee if you still want it.
