I was referred to Bellflower Auto Square Collision by both of my brother-in laws who were previous customers and had a great experience in getting their vehicles repaired. I also had other family members who were also customers here in the past and had a great experience with not only getting their vehicle fixed, but just the overall customer service they received. I was told to contact Carlo. I called Carlo and he took care from the first phone call I made. He was great in constantly communicating with me through the entire process either by phone call or text. Carlo truly respects your time and is great at understanding how important it is for the customer to get things done. Carla and Kuya George were also super helpful and responsive when Carlo was not available to answer questions. They will also help you out with following up you with any extra paperwork or supplemental your insurance may ask for or require. They too will help you through the entire process. I can't also thank them both enough. When it was time to pick up my car, it's like the damage was never there. My rear bumper and taillights were damaged. They were able to restore my Toyota Camry as if it were a brand new car. If you are looking to get your car repaired, I highly recommend Bellflower Auto Square Collision. They truly are a great team and work together to help their customers. They will do their absolute best to help you and expedite fixing your vehicle as best and quickly as possible. I went to get an estimate on minor scratches on my car and to place replacement cap over the driver's side lock. The owner came to look at the car. He showed me that some of the scratches could be buffed out and the others were too minor to spend my money. Greatly appreciate his honesty.

If you need fast and amazing auto body repair, this is the place to go. This is the best in town and they make your damaged car in to good as new, with warranty of work included! They have amazing customer service as well, top notch and A+. I've been a customer for many years because most accidents are from bad California drivers at fault, but Carlo knows how to take care of your car like it's brand new. My car was hit in the parking lot by a truck and the person responsible for the damage ran away and didn't want to take responsibility. The hit-and-run caused my front bumper and lights destroyed. It was a very stressful and frustrating experience, however, Kuya Carlo and his Team were genuinely kind to help me get the parts ordered quickly, damages fixed right away, coordinate with the insurance, and assist me with a free rental car. I was not expecting them to help me with the rental car but they went beyond repairing and restoring my car to establish good relations with their clients. The repairs were clean and precise. The hard working crew were meticulous and detail oriented. They were open to client's feedback and took care of the minor improvements to get the car back to its original state. Despite not being able to obtain "justice" from the responsible party; overall, my experience turned out to be okay because of the helpfulness and work by Kuya Carlo and his Team. They are reliable and they definitely perform their job with care. I applaud their Team for their service and am still grateful for their kindness. Thank you, your Team makes a difference!

My son's car was broken into and needed to replace his catalytic converter as soon as possible. We contacted Bellflower Auto Square and the service was quick, convenient and seamless. The owner himself and staff listened to our concerns and made everything seem easy from towing the car from our home, to having the converter replaced and helping to process the car rental that my son used. The service was so personalized that we felt like family to them. I will not take my car to any other place than this place. Highly recommended! I brought in my 2018 Subaru Forester to repair body damage and the shop foreman name George was very patient with me as a client. What rely impress about him he is very detailed about sections that are being done he would send me pictures about my vehicle status for each day. I highly recommend the Bellflower auto square collision to everyone. They even waive my $1,000 deductible because the accident was not my fault. For Ramon del DeLeon.
