All kinds of random people hang out at their parking lot after hours and do illegal activities and TRESPASSING, and Bank of America Management at this location DOES NOT CARE. HIRE A SECURITY GUARD FOR AFTER HOURS!!!
Edit: After 2 years of posting this things are the same. Homless people in their parking lot at all hours of the night. As I'm typing this, a random group of 10 people that pulled up in 3 cars are just hanging out drink beer and chilling in the middle of the parking lot..No security has been hired for AFTER HOURS. Last thing the Branch Manager said about trespassers was, "Well, were not here at that time. You can call local law enforcement if you want..." not understanding that Lakewood Sheriffs DO NOT respond to calls about people loitering in their parking lot after hours...

$5 per bank statement? You guys are scammers and I'll be switching banks. You lied about the monthly fee which should be 0 when you have direct deposit. I'll be reporting you to the BBB as well because you changed the terms of my banking account without notification. You should be ashamed of yourselves...screwing your customers...

Bank of America hold my transition 2 times... With out any reasons... By this means, I conclude Bank of America doesn't have reputation, Bad Things going on Banks.. It doesn't care it's customer... Definitely very soon I open New Accounts with other Banks... No Trust on BoA

This people really need some training I was waiting two hours to get help to open a checking account I cannot believe I spent so much time in this bank location to get nothing off the help I was needed. I can't stand this bank. I only go in when I absolutely need to. It's so inefficient [you'll be waiting a half hour for sure] and the tellers can be rude. Management is even more rude.

Never had a really bad experience here. Sometimes it can be a wait, but the staff have always been friendly. This is my regular bank branch. (Had a negative experience with a different branch and wanted to balance things out.)

Don't bother using the "Bank of America" business period. Any other bank branches would be a lot better than this one. Straight skrewed me bigtime?
