What a joke. This used to be a great business, but these guys are not the original owners. Too cheap to change the sign to Orozcos. Lyed to me and removed a part to say it was missing and needed a new one. I caught him in a lie. Shame on them.

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, they are LIARS and THIEVES at this location. We were just robbed for $1500 and my vehicle is exactly the way it was when we took it in or worse! Having to tow it back home at my cost. To be honest, it kills me even to give them 1 star. These people (George) have no shame to look at your face and take your money knowing my car was not going to start!! UPDATE!!! After Mr. George reviews my written review here he decides call to sabotage me in offering to cut a check for $250 in good faith. You really calls this good faith when i paid close to $1500 and still paid for a tow truck to tow my car back home after the crappy job they did. I call this being DISHONEST and a total RIPOFF! I seriously thought Mac's Radiator had better customer service in management and were honest based on their high ratings. This was such an inconvenience such as lost unpaid time at work & late to pick up my kids from school. Asked to speak to the owner but that was denied. i feel the owner should be aware of the type of management he has at his company so unprofessional. SORRY! i did not accept his lousy $250. I will remain in God's faith and not let anyone underestimate me as a female.

This place is great, they drop me off and pick me up 11 miles away from they're shop. That shows they care for the customer. The customer service is excellent props the the guys in front. Very professional. Most definitely coming back.
