“This store is pro level. Art supplies, good quality art supplies, are costly. If your accustomed to Michael's or jo-anns this will seem high priced. Keep in mind this is the real stuff. Selection of products is impressive too.”

“First time here and it's probably one of the best ceramics places I could find. It's extremely affordable. I was able to spend some quality time with my little one as we were on a mission to find pots to grow some seeds we purchased. To add to my little ones experience I wanted to make it extra special So decided to come here. They had a wide selection of pots, sculptures, and even box sets. The shop owner was extremely sweet and friendly. I will definitely return. Main points: 1. You pick your ceramic 2. You paint it 3. They finish very happy with my experience.”

“They did a great job on our front door's window. The metal between the glass was old and was splitting apart. The handyman (Steve) they sent was able to get all of the glass out in one piece (not an easy thing to do since it was in such disrepair). He hand cut a sturdy wood board to go into the slot where the window was meant to be while Beveldine repaired it. We were beyond pleased with how sturdy the temporary board was. It took a bit longer than expected to get the window back, but the metalwork had to be entirely redone. When the handyman reinstalled the window, we were so impressed! It looks amazing! He even added extra sealant when reinstalling the window to make it more sturdy than ever before! He was very nice too! Overall, getting the window repaired and having a handyman remove and reinstall it was cheaper than getting a new door of lesser quality, and we couldn't be happier with the results!”
“So, here's the thing. I'm poor and all I ask is that you bring the powerade back. It's not that hard, but yet, you seem to hate me. The sponge I bought was above average, so I'll give you that. The customer service was disproportionately amazing. I ended up with a Gatorade and one less dollar in my account. Will be seeing you again, cuz I have no other options.”
“I love this place!! Now that they are under new management, I feel so much more comfortable shopping here. They are very helpful and so nice. I recently had them make some engraved wooden hot air balloons for my daughter in laws baby shower. I glued a magnet to the back and placed them in a sheer bag and gave them to our guest as thank you memory gifts. They were such a big hit. I will definitely be showing it off. Thank you to the mother and daughter who helped me.”

“Bought thread and it was good. The staff was friendly. The front entrance does not face Lakewood blvd but it's in the back. If you are parking next to the big 5 entrance, don't drive around to the back of the big 5, the Joannes parking is there.”
“I made a trip to Joannes and needed help with sewing machines. I was very surprised at how knowledgeable the lady was and that they even offer classes. I bought one and can hardly wait to start using it. The only thing that was a negative is when checking out they only had one register open since the line took quite awhile but, the person checking us out was sweet.”
