Custom frames are not cheap. Custom frames for sports jerseys are super NOT cheap so I called around for the best quote in the OC area. Arturo's quote was very competitive so I decided to bring my Stephen Curry, Luka Doncic autographed jerseys and a Luka Doncic autographed poster. He was very professional and provided recommendations as to what border and color will work best for the jerseys and poster. He was very patient with me and I could tell that he's done this for a very long time. I decided to go borderless for the jerseys but double matte border for the Luka poster. The results were spectacular (see it for yourself). Everything was professionally put together and Arturo made the jerseys so that it popped in the frame. The jerseys didn't look sloppy at all and the frame feels very sturdy. All in all, I am a very satisfied customer. If you're in need of a professional frame job, look no further!

I wanted to surprise my sister with a new frame for her painting that she had put away for yeeeeeeears but never was able to get it framed. After finding Art on Yelp I decided to go in and speak with him and he was such a great help. I not only was treated well but he went out of his way to help and get me a great deal at the same time. I highly recommend going to have a look! His frames are not only beautiful and top quality they are also very fair in price!

I called around several places for quotes and availability... and decided to go with Arts & Frames. I took my rolled canvas painting into Arturo who is the owner; and he knew exactly what to do for mounting and stretching the piece. We bought this from original artist in Costa Rica and we were thrilled when we picked it up.Exceptional attention to detail and very reasonable for the quality of work he does.

I've been using them for more years than I'm sure of. A wonderful family owned business with a great heart that they put into each project they do. No matter how small, like a reframe or a big one with a lot of moving parts to it and multiple mats. I'll share some new photos when the 3 pieces we just picked up are hung. We moved a few more zip codes away but until it's 50 miles, I will always chose them.

Arturo is true professional! His shop is amazing, he has 43 years of experience and truly has an eye for art. He knows how to guide you based on your style, how it will fit in your house, and how much of the art you want to bring out. What I really appreciated was that he wasn't afraid to tell you when something didn't look good (sometimes my suggestions on frames and mats can be over the top and folks are afraid to tell me it's too much so I end up unhappy withh the unfinished product). He'll tell you why but use that to find something that will still compliment the piece while appealing to your vision! Not only that but he's fast! I was able to get maybe 5 pieces decided upon in an hour which at every other shop I've been to, it would take 1 hour per piece. He offers transparent pricing and I'll tell you that I was quoted by 5 other places (4 in long beach and 1 in costa mesa) and they were all really unjustly expensive despite the "affordability" they advertised. I've gotten frames done from michales, allen jefferies, art-to-frame.com, the framestore, and 2 other small shops (one in mid city and the other in highland park) so I know a thing or two about what framing can cost and have had different experiences with each. This place and service is by far my favorite! Arturo went above and beyond for me in every way and I trust my pieces are in good hands. This is a true small business that is honest, run by a family man, offers fast service, and never tries to sell you on something you don't need. I won't be going anywhere else to frame! I'll post more pictures once the frames are complete.

I have been taking my watercolor paintings to be framed at this shop for over last 6 years, more than dozen of my favorite pictures. The owner, Art is very professional and he can choose the perfect colors for picture frames & mats as if he can read your mind! I always choose "Museum "glass for the best quality and my pictures look very beautiful. I'm so blessed to find this place and I'd recommend to everyone amateur or professional.

I have been coming here for custom frames for over 20 years. I was heart broken when they left Downey. But it is well worth the short drive. Their prices are more than fair. Family owned. WONDERFUL service! Can't say enough about the time they spend helping you get your frame, matting just right. And the service is also quick. I won't go anywhere else!

Just found this place through Yelp and he definitely deserves all the 5 stars! Art was accommodating with my budget and also gave input with what works for the piece that you want to get framed. When he says it will be ready in a certain date, it will be ready on or before. I will only trust Art and his shop for all my framing needs.
