The tires here were an affordable price, and they didn't try to upsell me on any unneeded warranties, would highly suggest my friends check this place out the next time they need a tire.

I came in to the shop really close to closing time and on a Friday. They stayed past their closing time to help me get a new tire. Good pricing. Going back for some Michelin tires.

6/5/24 We bought tires at American Tire Depot in Santa Fe Springs on May of 2022. We have taken our van to the ATD location in Bellflower on Alondra to have them rotated a year ago on 5/8/23.
Today my husband went to this location on Alondra again to have our tires rotated. He was asked for a copy of the paperwork. We have never been asked for paperwork. They usually look it up in the computer. He called me (his wife) I text him a copy of the paperwork. The manager then told him the store is no long American Tire Depot yet the sigh still shows American Tire Depot. This store is now called American Tire Stores. He would not rotate our tires!! He said they have been ATS for 1.5 years yet we were there 1 year ago and they rotated our tires. This (manager) was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! My husband was livid at his rudeness. WHY DO THEY STILL HAVE A SIGN THAT SAYS AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT WHEN THEY ARE NOT!!!!! I would NOT recommend this tire store. The store on Rosecrans in Santa Fe Springs is awesome. We will just make the drive there. BAD, BAD, BAD customer service and appears to me false advertising too keeping this ATD sign up. I would put no stars if that were an option....

The quality of service here is beyond five stars. Frank is such a hardworking man and his work ethic is outstanding. I am so grateful for his service and dedication to the community. Aside from him fixing our tire on a SUNDAY he is such a sweet man and easy to talk to. I am shocked at how quick he was to hep us even when the tire we had gave him a difficult time. Thank you, Frank! We wish you much success!!

I've been a customer of the Bellflower location for over 15 years and I always had a good experience with their services until now. One of my tires needed a patch, the person at the desk( Mr. Acevedo) was not very nice until a decide to buy new tires. After I told him that I wanted to order new tires his attitude changed and I was treated nicely. They installed the tires, after I paid, he printed the paperwork and gave it to me saying that everything was fine. That was about a month ago. Yesterday I received a call from Mr. Acevedo saying that I needed to take my car back to their shop so they can do an alignment. He said that when they installed the tires they couldn't do it because the machine wasn't working. I told him that I wasn't aware of that since he didn't
mentioned when I bought the tires and he said "it's in your paperwork" not in a very nice way. When I arrived at the shop and asked again why customers are not informed about services that are not done and need attention, he showed me in their computer screen my order and to my surprise it said in red that I had declined the alignment!! How can you decline a service that was not just not offered but never mentioned??
In addition he never mentioned that I had to pay for the alignment, (I wasn't ask if I wanted them to do the alignment, I was told that I needed to bring my car back to have it done) when he called me he made it sound like it was something that I had already paid when I purchased the tires but they were not able to do when they installed them. When I found out that I had to pay and asked why he didn't say anything about it when he called me, he was back to his usual rude attitude and told me that of course I had to pay (talking to me like I was the dumbest person in the world) and if I didn't want the service to be done there I could take my car to the dealer, at the same time he put the paperwork and my car key on top of the service desk. I was still surprised by his rudeness and didn't want to make a scene since there were other customers in the area, so I payed and had it done. I don't usually write reviews but someone in charge of the Bellflower location needs to know how customers are being treated and do something about it. Maybe a training in good customer service will help. Thank you for reading this review.

My first time here & I was satisfied. The gentleman who helped me was very honest about everything. He showed me all the prices on tires & didnt pressure me into buying the most expensive ones like most tire places do. He even recommended that I get an alignment & showed me a chart on why its important for the car. They even have a sale going,buy 3 get 1 free. Def recommend.

This shop has comeThrough for me so many times now. Edward is always so helpful and gives great customer service. They work fast and are reasonably priced. I have never had to wait long and appreciate the work they do here. I recommend coming here if you need tires or tire service!

Been coming for my oil changes, but they also do checkups on fluid, brake, tires, rotation. Haven't had an issue, reliable and trust worthy. Edward is the man to speak to. Cost me $91 last visit a day ago, but everything went smoothly, changed oil, filled up my tires, rotated, etc. Edward is always a charm, cool guy, knowledgeable and down to earth, always a pleasure.
