Awful experience!! I have been supporting this business for years and I’m never going back! I went and bought a machine and an hour after I left he called demanding I return it because he found someone who was willing to pay more! It’s just bad business, and I’m so disappointed.

Bought a MasterQuest Clean Aire Machine Air Purifier for $499.99. Got it home and found that there was not an owners manual. I went back to the shop and told him to get me a manual and that I would use it till I had the it. He said he would. Will had surgery when able to drive. I went back to the shop to see about the manual. He told me for me just to turn it on. No manual. Tried to email the maker of the purifier in Texas. Email no longer works and no website. So now I’m stuck with a piece of junk. It had filters that will need to get replaced and no clue where its located in the machine since I don’t have a manual. So don’t go to that shop. Don’t get taken advantage of and ripped off.

PLEASE READ. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS.We got robbed from the owner. I dropped off my 2022 $3,500.00 rainbow system hoping he would sell it. My husband went today to go pick it up because he has not called us in a long time and I wanted it back I'm assuming it wasn't sold.We called him today, turns out he sold it a month ago for $800, who sells something without taking to the owner of the vacuum to see if that price was good.We asked for a receipt to see the sale and he refused to show us SO YOU KNOW HE SOLD IT FOR MUCH MORE. He lied and robbed us. We take our Riccar to him every year for service and buy the bags.$100 every year. HE LOST THAT FOREVER.DON'T GO THERE. He has no problem being dishonest and taking from you as long as you're not watching. What kind of human is that.I hope the money you made off of us gives you a hiccup and you have to spend it all on something you were not hoping for.

I found the owner to very kind & helpful was it cheap no but then again I’m paying 150 for new filters & cleaning for a 800 dollar vacuum. So I’m very happy with their performance. As far as the cleanness of the shop it’s a shop!!!! I didn’t go in with expectations of any kind. If you need service I do recommend this place.

I brought my Kirby in for yearly service as usual 4 years ago (contractual). Somehow the head of my vacuum was exchanged or recalibrated, I can no longer use the accessories, hose, small suction caps whatever anymore. It's difficult to move the dial in the front to exchange the centerpiece that attaches the accessories for the vacuum. The vacuum is a heavy vacuum so I told Nate before going into all of this, hoping to do a trade-in or he buys the vacuum (since) screwing it up. I am in my seventies and can't deal with this heavy machine anymore. But, don't want to be stuck with a vacuum I cannot use. Today 11/14/22 most certainly not in a position to pay for a new one at this time.

I casually found this store because my vacuum one day stopped working and the moment I walked in the door I was greeted very nicely by the owner he explained what was wrong with my vacuum with full detail , he offered me a solution. I ended up buying a new vacuum which I really enjoy and every time I have to service it I take it to him because I know he is very honest to his customers every time I have a friend that needs help with anything from sewing machines or vacuums that’s where I usually refer them to great great guy

Took my machine to this place to fix the power cord, he charged $29. Upfront diagnostic test, then two days later he wanted another $44. I said no I'll just pick it up. I asked him what he do for $29. He said he took it apart and made some adjustments. When I got home and inspected it, I realized he didn't touch it.

Filthy dirty shop. Who'd figure that a vacuum repair couldn't clean the floors. The desk are had paperwork and products strewn everywhere. Unprofessional period. I would have given them 0☆ if it was available. Will not use their services for sewing machines or vacuums. Went elsewhere and they adjusted the bobbin case for free............

First, they're going to charge you a $30 or $40 diagnostic fee. That money does not go towards the cost of the repairs itself or materials, it's only for the diagnostic. I almost took my vacuum here but after I heard the cost for the diagnostic assessment itself, I took my vacuum somewhere else. That place was kind enough to show me exactly what was wrong with my vacuum and give me a very precise estimate without charging me a diagnostic fee or anything like that. Unfortunately I'll have to replace my vacuum, but luckily I didn't lose $30 or $40 before finding out.If you have a broken sewing machine, it kind of makes sense. Sewing machines can be super complicated and finicky. But very few vacuum cleaners are actually going to require "diagnostic" tests. Just one more way to rip you off.

"NATE" Charged me $80.00 to change 2 buttons on my vacuum cleaner. Parts were after market. I priced these buttons at $6.00 each from the mfg. prior to taking my vacuum cleaner in for servicing . Claimed to have changed items that were not changed. I took pictures of my vacuum cleaner "prior" to leaving my vacuum cleaner! I plan to file a complaint with the BBB. I gave 1 star, only because the software wouldn't let me close and post without selecting a star. "Do not do business here"

This place a good place. Nathan very helpful honest. Need a vacuum go there, helpful, knowledgeable, an honest. Need more people like that running a business. The parking is horrible right in the busy Blvd to park, park off on the side street an it's not to far from The store
