This is a terrible store. The cashier charges ridiculous amounts. I bought a box of chicken wings, a bottle of milk, and 4 bananas and they charged me $59. I went back to argue with her and she said it was my fault for not asking for the receipt. The key is that she didn't even give me a receipt. Basically, I would get ripped off if I went to buy anything. My friend went shopping and was overcharged. And don't give a ticket

Not open 24/7 went before I got called into work at the Hospital around 230 am was closed, all the lights were on n doors locked.

What they fail to realize is customer service is important here in America. I understand India operates differently but if you choose to be here to survive then respect the people of this country. These dude act like you owe them something or we need them. The only one with good customer service skills is the Lady.

The young girl is so racist here. No matter how polite I am she will not speak to me. She's known me as a almost weekly customer for over a year! The other guys have been very nice. When I walk in and see her I instantly feel gross.

They don't honor pricing they have displayed, woman behind the counter has a chip on her shoulder who should focus on perfecting her English skills instead of having an attitude and doesn't help. I always avoid this store for this reason.. there is 5 locations in a 3 block radius, absolutely no need to go here.

The man that is always in there, is so incredibly rude. I only go in there occasionally, but he's always being rude to someone. I don't know how they have any business. Tonight, it was my turn. I made a special trip to look at some beanies that they had their last week. They didn't have them tonight. So I decided to get four of the furry hats with animal ears for my grandchildren. I needed four. Since there was no price tag on them, I asked how much they were. He seemed irritated, and said there's the sign and waved at the sign. The sign said 1499 and up. So that told me nothing. I found two in the right, and needed two more. He came up to me and said oh, I take break. Hurry up. I was only in there 10 minutes. I guess I got there right when he was going to take a break. I put the hats back and walked out. Even at 1499 each, that would have been $60 plus tax. Which is I don't know $5 570 I don't know. But still that's a good amount. Plus every time I go I buy at least $40 worth of items. I won't be back there. I'm not a regular, so I don't know if it'll hurt them. But if more people decide they don't want to be treated rudely, that place is going to be out of business. It already only has three stars.

I noticed the lady cashier that works there only speaks to other races and not mines. I'm a regular there and it's bothersome. I always greet her/thank her when we're done checking out but she always seems to not speak or fail to acknowledge me. Just poor customer service.
