So my daughter had a hair with Desiree and she was literally down the street when she was struck by another vehicle, leaving her car totaled. She had to go to the hospital by ambulance. Clearly, she had a good reason as to why she couldn't make her appointment. This woman had no sympathy, nor did she show any compassion. She kept my daughter's deposit and wanted more money because she canceled. Really lady, she was hit by a car and hospitalized. Are you seriously charging her? Would you compensate your clients if you had an emergency situation such as hospitalization after an accident? This is a poor business practice. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Was referred to braider Desiree and she did not disappoint. Booking through the website was easy and provided reminders upon the day of my service. Desiree was very professional but also very relatable. She wasn't occupied on her phone or distracted by any other activities. She was fast, neat, precise, and communicated any areas that she may have to address differently. The facility is clean, the stylists and barber were all very polite and all busy working. I love that. My experience was exceptional and I will be going back again.

Absolutely excellent experience at 430 Hair Studio. Donnell has magic hands, a very enjoyable hair washing experience. I've been looking for a good Afro-Rican salon for years. I can truly say this is it! I won't be relaxing my hair myself ever again! Very comfortable experience for me which has always been a big obstacle for me. But I'm cured Will be back soon for sure.

I had a confirmed appointment with Semiya this morning at 6am. My deposit was submitted well in advance. I arrived at 6am and Semiya was not there; after ringing the door bell several times, I called her, and sent text messages to no avail. Finally, a customer directed me to the back. I spoke with a women who said she was Semiya's mother who indicated her daughter got home at 4:30am and asked if I could come back later. This is BAD business, a totally disrespect for my time and money. As of 7 am my deposit has not been returned.

Was not pleased with stylist here. He claimed he was the owner but he honestly cannot do hair. He is not knowledgeable in short hair or proper care with it.My hair was uneven all around and he calls himself slapping some oil sheen on my hair which made it very greasy.The man cannot cut hair evenly. Not sure if he had the proper sheers but wasn’t working.Soo disappointed with services here.Will not be returning. ladies pleaseDo your research on hairstylists before going. Just because they have a shop and run doesn’t mean they know how to do hair good.

It was my first going! My Mom has been going for some years and now I know why! It's very nice and the service was ?. Now I'm taking the rest of my girls to get there's done. Nikki is the one that will do the girls hair in my family. The other beauticians are wonderful at their work as well.
