The staff treated my son and I like suspects. Never again

We went to the new location of wss in bell. My son needed new shoes because like any other kids my son does through shoes very often. We went as family. My son has special needs (autism) and he is a runner he is unaware of danger. I personally like to go to wss to get him shoes there because my son doesn’t have a lot of tolerance of wearing shoes I have to look for high tops with a Val o strap on top. And elastic shoe laces. I find they have pretty good selection. Here is where why i did not give the 5 star review. While looking for shoes for my son an employee suddenly appear and just stare at me instead of helping me. And proceeded to act like she was looking for shoes following me and my family around like we were going to steal, It’s very overwhelming for me as a parent and my son with his needs to be followed around being stared at!!!! I would have appreciated her help because I was looking for a style and color of shoes and they didn’t have my son’s size. They had a different color combo on his size and just went with that one instead. I usually put my son of a wagon when going shopping. It helps from his running off but I feel like it was a good thing I didn’t bring it because if they thought we were going to steal. They probably would have judge me more. I think employees should approach customers in a helping matter not in a judging matter.

Currently 8:13 pm on tuesday august 29th 3 workers turned customers away claiming they are closed turned the sign’s off and put flags in! Store hours claim open til 9pm if you are the owner please note this and have your employees complete the advertised hours!!!

Terrible attention from the cashier, I don't know if her name is Sandra because that's what I noticed on the receipt, I got terrible attention from her and I felt very bad with her treatment, it's worth mentioning that the place and the shoes are all very good, it's just a shame of attention received today. He didn't want to check if I had a shoe and he even twisted his mouth, he still didn't allow me to use my points, the first time this has happened to me but with that I never wanted to go back, I hope the cashiers and staff improve their service
