I'm on my second week of the hard body challenge and I am really enjoying the workouts. The motivation I get from the trainers and just the group energy itself is awesome and keeps me going.
I joined and completed the 6 week 20 lb challenge. It's a great small gym with the staff motivating you every week. Good diversified workouts. I lost 21 lbs total and feel great! Family and friends have noticed the weight loss. The diet plan they give you is good also, FTDI! Would definitely recommend!
