You get to talk to an actual live person which is great. He helped me track down the exact Ossur brace I needed. My brace arrived in under a week via UPS brand new and perfect. These guys are legitimate and I would absolutely use them again.Update: I realized I needed one size smaller. Completely my fault as I had read the fit guide incorrectly. Shop-Orthopedics gave me a 100% refund on my unused returned brace and I replaced it with the next size down. This shop is really great.Eric CHood River, OR

Fantastic phone service regarding my return and refund questions. Prompt callback after leaving a voicemail. Got an immediate refund which I appreciate. The only reason for four stars is the rather bulky email process of back and forth. I’d suggest calling rather than email. I also wish that if a return/exchange was wanted that could be done with one email or call.
