“I rarely rate/comment on goods and services, but I’m thrilled to post feedback about CA-NY, and I hope they will share it with both of our NY and CA teams--the office staff on both coasts as well as both moving teams. I did months of research for a mover and was shocked to find myself consistently disappointed, if not horrified, by what I was reading online... Until I found CA-NY Express. This is no exaggeration, theirs was the only company that didn’t make me break out in hives. I did identify two other companies to interview, but we were praying that our initial Zoom with our NY consultant Bob would be successful, because I honestly didn’t feel 100% comfortable with the others. Our prayers were answered. Bob was a terrific, informative ambassador for CA NY, fully explaining everything we should expect from their company, as well as from any other company. We signed up with huge relief. And we were thrilled with every aspect of their service, from the office support to the guys “on the ground.” And throughout our move, their communications were superb: frequent and informative, and we loved getting the daily updates of the van’s progress cross-country. To top it all off, their pricing was extremely fair and transparent. I wouldn’t hesitate to let them know what aspects of their service they might tweak, but as my husband said, “They nailed it from top to bottom."”

“Evgeniy and Dimitri helped me with my move today and they were great! They worked nonstop and I literally had to make them take a minute to take breaks. they were considerate with my stuff and wrapped everything really nicely. They handled any issue that would pop up and just kept working. They were really, really good!
Move took a little longer than expected, but that was my fault, mostly because I wasn't 100% ready and I thought I had less stuff than I did. I probably should have hired one more person, but Dimitri and Evgeiny made it happen!”
