I Did an oil change. They over tightened the Oil Bolt and oil Filter and refused to loosen them.
They use the lowest quality oil and filter.
They have arrogant attitude. I recommend people to go elsewhere.

3rd visit to Savas. They have done well in the past. However my most recent visit was frustrating to a degree I have not experienced. It was supposed to be a quick tire replacement and alignment. After approximately 2hr. They called saying my car was ready. I picked up and drove home and immediately noticed it pulling to the right. I went back right away after about 1.5hr of waiting in the show room. I was told the car was ready. I drove it and it felt the same (pulling to the right). I went back and dropped it off they said there was a prior issue with the control arm. But 150$ would resolve the issue. After another 4+ hours of waiting I went back. The car was not ready. They offered to drop me off at home and later drop the car off (why I gave 2 stars). I will not recommend or visit this business in the future. Extremely frustrating experience. My car was not misaligned before visiting. Which is the reason I suspect my car was tampered with. Repeat customer disservice.

Came here to get 4 tires replaced on my Rivian R1S and had a great experience. They were extremely honest and efficient and the prices were better than the big box stores like America or Discount tires.I always prefer to support small businesses over big retail chains and EZ here was awesome. They have a stocked waiting area with snacks and drinks and a very clean restroom.Great place to get tires or wheels and i love the mom and pop feel.
