I called for 1 pedicure they said no wait I walked in no one greeted they all looked at me like I was stupid then they told me have a seat I waited approximately 20 minutes until I got up and a shorter chubby guy told me no no I told him no it’s okay bye mind you I arrived 3 minutes after I called to ask first and last experience here

Very Clean first of all, went as walk-in. Did wait, but it was understandable all the chairs were full of people getting pedicures. Service for me at least was excellent. Was only charged for what I received, which was gel pedicure and design and eyebrow wax. Was not charged extra for nail cut down or polish removal, like others places tend to do. I picked my design and was given what I asked for. All in all will be returning.

I paid $35 for gel manicure, and it was NOT worth it. By the 2nd day after gel manicure, the top layer was not shiny on most of my nails. I do not recommend this place.

Honest Review- I was apprehensive to come based on posted reviews. My mom just came and said she thought they did a good job on her Mani/ Pedi and liked that they didn't try to over sell her on more services.
So, I thought I would give it a try. I made an appointment for a Gel X refill ( not many places do it). Came in and was seated right away.
Once the tech started she noticed my GelX nails needed to be replaced. I agreed and she was kind enough to not charge me for the removal. I was very happy with the outcome and attention to detail that was done. I would recommend them and would be back again when I'm in town.
Got Brows waxed too. This service was quick and nothing special.

If you’re on a low budget, and really don’t care for quality and/or cleanliness, this is your spot to go to. Never seen a nail salon that doesn’t wipe their chairs, and try’s to force onto a customer a certain shape rather than listen to what the costumer wants. I get it, it’s a low community, but there’s no love within their work at all. They just want that money with no effort of trying. I use to go to this other nail salon down in Long Beach by ocean. I thought to stop by just because it’s near an office I go to. The embarrassment of how much these people lack mannerism, how are they still open? They are lazy but exorcism the tip right off your finger tips. Horrible place.

I asked for a French tip. I was not asked what color base so I trusted them to know how to do a simple French. I went during closing time on Saturday and did not realize how bad they looked, went in Monday asking to redo them and they were charging me the same for a fill.

My friend recommended this place! She has been coming here for years. I started coming regularly a couple months ago. Ben is great! Does my nails wonderfully. Highly recommend! As an added bonus, there is a threading place right next door. So it's an easy one stop for both services.

The place is ok, easy parking and no waiting if you have an appt. It only needs comfortable chairs while doing manicure ?. My chair was old and couldn't lean back so my back was hurting while doing the manicure.

If I can give them negative stars, I would. My friend suggested this place, as an inexpensive alternative as she gets acrylic nails, and now I know why it was inexpensive. poor customer service(rude af), poor quality, rushed, and language barrier. My friend and I came in, told them we wanted acrylic overlay removal, mani, and pedi. They told us to pick a color on the wall. Didn't even get a moment to look at the polish colors when people came to ask us to choose a color. After choosing a color, they began filing off our gel polish but failed to soak our nails in acetone before beginning acrylic overlay removal (first photo). They kept pulling and lifting the acrylic off my nail, damaging the nail bed. When I asked them to file off more acrylic they got upset and said I was being rude, so they didn't continue and I got kicked out. As I was trying to explain that I didn't want my nail pulled because it was peeling my natural nails, the owner was telling me to shut up. My friend had acrylic overlay on her natural nails (second photo), and they began by clipping her nails even after she told them twice they were her natural nails. We do not recommend this place. It may be inexpensive, but the quality, customer service, and owner is very rude. Terrible place!!! Don't suggest this place anyone!
