Staff is very helpful! I recommend this office they seem to really care about your well being. Feels like I been going here since I was a kid even though I haven't. Thanks for everything!!

No....Dr. Is a racist idiot! If you aren't Hispanic....u don't deserve the correct care! Fired him and the next Dr. I went to treated completely different! Talk about prejudging! Stay away! Staff was very nice!

Dr. Batres office is always welcoming. I have been to many Doctors offices and this office is the best ! You can get your blood work at the office. I love how they treat my teenagers with guidance and respect. They always give them encouragement words to do good in life. Their staff is one of a kind, always pleasant and happy to help.

Disclaimer: This review is intended to rate Dr. Rivera's and P.A. Lechuga's performance, NOT Dr. Eric Batres, who is a joke and I would advise against booking an appointment with him (it's worth mentioning that Dr. Jimenez has the personality of a potato, so I would recommended against booking an appointment with her, too). After coming to this clinic for more than five years, I have many good things to say. The scheduling staff and nurses are always nice, courteous, and cheerful. They make the office's environment feel very welcoming. As for the doctors and their assistants, they are also extremely helpful and they display excellent bedside manners. They're attentive to one's needs and carefully explain complex medical matters. I concur with other reviewers that Dr. Batres' attitude is very off putting, choosing to make sarcastic remarks instead of providing helpful advice. In short, this clinic is well equipped to handle all you basic medical needs, just refrain from making an appointment with Dr. Batres and you're set.

The front desk lady is rude. Our appointment was for 1:00pm. We got here at 12:45. When I asked how long the wait would be at 1:30, her reply was "you can't expect to be seen at 1:00". There is literally no one else here. This place looks like a dump.
