Bought a console from here as a gift. Came back one hour later to return it, unopened, and the lady working condescendingly said they do not accept returns for consoles, even though their return policy says otherwise.
Had to go to another GameStop that did process the return, but this location would not return the console, one hour after purchase, completely unopened. Lazy and unprofessional

I’m not sure why the associates tell you that you can make a return on something then you go return it because the item didn’t work, then they tell you that you can’t make the return. Now I’m stuck with a defective headset. Thanks.

Called to see about the new call of duty beta as I pre-ordered it, but didn't get a code cashier, answered a woman, said that they do not store codes, and that it should have been at the bottom of my receipt, but she failed to understand that I didn't get a code on the receipt. She had bad attitude and give me the most useless information ever would've waste of my time. L service

Does this store just not answer the phone?? I’ve called two days this past week like at least 10 times about a pick up order each for the operator and the store itself and neither answers, very unprofessional.

Just gotta say fuck this gamestop I stopped shopping here forever ago but decided to pre order Zelda totk here since I wanted my wooden collectible They call me a day before to pick up my game at 9pm the following day. I show up at 9pm only for them to tell me I couldn't pick it up because they already gave out numbers and they were closed already. I was upset but said ok I'll pick it up in the morning. Morning comes now they ran out of the wooden plate collectible and said they didn't get sent enough ... what the fuck is the point of a preorder? Anyway they suck and I'm surprised they're still open after so many years of it being empty with almost no business but I'm gonna celebrate when they close down with peace and love

I like coming here and there. Mostly just browsing and to see if they have anything interesting. They have quite of good games. I remember I always love going there just for the ps3 games and action figures. And now it just turned into videos games / gaming merchandises and those weird looking pop toys… overall I never had much of a complaint about it, just I have 2 issuers with it. One just I with they brought back the ps3 games on the shelves and another it’s a story with my dad had a small argument with an employee. I don’t remember her name but we went too sell the game there back in 2017 or 2018, and they said they’ll give us only $4 of a game (Star Wars battlefront 2015) and so my dad was absolutely furious and he spent $50 for it making other good points at that moment and the employee said “sir, it’s just business” (repeatedly) I didn’t had a courage to stand up for confidents as much as I used too before that, so I never said anything about and we left. If you all wanna sell a game, just sell it one of those buy or selling apps.
