“Called Lety to make a floral arrangement for a relatives funeral, called her 2 days before the funeral. She was able to accommodate the request. The arrangement was beyond beautiful. Very satisfied as I had ordered over the phone and I really didn't request anything in specific I let her know that I trusted her since she had made beautiful arrangements for both my parents almost 10 years ago.
