Spent 150 on roses here for valentines Day, and they didn't even last a week. Stay away from this and try another flower shop that uses the freshest roses or flower available.

I placed a delivery order for my mother for Mother's Day and a few professionals failed me and did not make the delivery when I left with an unacceptable excuse. The manager was unprofessional for not knowing how to handle this situation and told me that they were not going to make my delivery and that I should go pick up my order. Don't waste your time here.

I placed an order for a corsage a week in advance, and when I came to pick it up, it was nothing like the catalog picture I picked. The flowers looked frozen, the ribbon was smashed since it wasn't stored correctly, and the only attempt made to fix it was plucking out some of the rose petals. I wouldn't recommend this place for a special event. I had to take the corsage because I knew that I wouldn't get another one the same day. I wouldn't recommend ordering in advance from this place.

This place is by far the worst BEWARE especially the manager. The order that was placed to be delivered to my grandmas house for mothers day never arrived. The manager was very rude and did not handle this situation right. Very unacceptable excuse. When I called she was extremely rude and said that they won't deliver this order anymore and if I wanted it to be delivered I had to pay again for the service otherwise to go pick up my order myself. Stay away from this place!

Very unprofessional my mother made a delivery order for her mother for mothers day. They failed to deliver it with an unacceptable excuse the manager that works there was very unprofessional and rude when handling this situation she told my mom to come and pick up her order herself because they won't deliver it for her! This is very unprofessional of her should not be the manager!

I went to ask how much a dozen roses cost and they told me that I have to make an appointment to buy, no, well, sometimes this type of buying is spontaneous, how to make an appointment for that is very bad ??♀️ apart from the fact that the lady was very disinterested in me purchase gave me to understand that if I want good and if not they don't care that they like me asking for arrangements to earn more and since I only wanted the normal bouquet maybe that's why. The prices are expensive, maybe they have some flowers, normal appreciation, to compensate for the rest.
