FIRST OFF they take ages for you to call you in. Once you're inside they make you wait again to see a doctor a bunch of waiting. Also when you call for any results they tell you to wait and to call later, I called 20 min later and they said the person who checks results had left, SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE LAZY TO ME. Let me add the lady taking blood work is rude, you ask questions and doesn't answer you feels like your talking to a brick wall.

I received the immigration physical, including the results, quickly. The ladies at the front desk provided excellent service and assistance with forms.

I don’t even come here anymore and I still think about all the time I wasted here and can never get back most of the nurses are nice though! Doctors graduated before current medical standards so information is massively outdated. They do not believe in mental health here either!

This clinic is a joke. They make you wait way too long. When they FINALLY pass you to see the Dr. she doesn't seem to care about your questions and concerns. She is more preoccupied with making money. I don't see how people keep coming back. If you want to be taken seriously, don't go there. There are many other clinics in the area you can go to and get better treatment

Terrible service, they are unprofessional people and do not show any interest in the patient.On my recent visit I had an appointment at 2:00 pm and I arrived half an hour early, my child had a high fever and cough. They gave us 4 in the afternoon and they didn't attend us, they just put us in a little room to wait and Dr. Ana Rodas never showed up. When I questioned they told me that he treated another patient and that was disrespectful to me and my child, apart from that they denied us the medical information to go to another hospital. We will never return really do not waste your time in an emergency or care go elsewhere.

This clinic is trash! They give you an appointment and you still have to wait over 2 hours to be called. We wait over 2 hours for the Dr. AND DR takes like 20min and your appointment is done.

For many years, my family has come to this clinic for consultations, but at this time both the doctors and the staff have no idea what they are doing, they make an appointment and spend until half an hour later, Dr. Rodas gives the appointment and when one arrives they ask that came when !!!!! she is the one left on the date !!!! Ideas are getting out of hand and it's frustrating because I feel insecure about my family starting with my children that they give me the wrong medication that hasn't happened but if they prescribe a wrong medication it won't be pleasant for the patient, I prefer to get my whole family out of this clinic that is no longer safe

Horrible service it took 5 hours to see a doctor. (very incompetent) blaming the previous doctor of incorrect dose. Stay away. Hopefully it will be my last visit. Clinic doesn't deserve not even a star. (NURSES ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL)

From my experience during my childhood years, this place is worthless. It's not worth your time coming in. I don't know if the nurses do their jobs but the doctor take their time. Everytime I come here, I waste 5 hours

This clinic has the worst service ever. Appointment was at 10 and didn’t get seen until 1:23 because we complained. And then staff has the Audacity to get offended. My mom was sitting there over 3 hours fasting. Office manager doesn’t cate either. No apology no care. Don’t go here.
