I had an appointment with Javier at the beginning but it ends up the appointment with Joel H. I just need to update my ssn but he was so kind and accommodating that he also helped me open a credit line. He make it really easy , he was fast and attentive , explains everything rate credit, due date., etc.The staff in the front door was nice. I totally recommend this place

WOW, if it wasn't for Gilbert I would have given it a one star review but having Gilbert assist us with opening an account made it a five-star review. It's my son's first time opening a bank account and Gilbert was so perfect for the job. He is an excellent mentor, role model and an expert in explaining every aspect of banking!! Thank you Gilbert, our 2 hours and 15 min wait was SO WORTH IT, YOU ARE AWESOME!! Sending you a shower of blessings and praying great success for you.

Customer service is horrific. My account was compromised and I needed a teller to help me by calling their department so I could have access to some of my funds. To begin with, they were short staff on a Saturday. Secondly, the teller that assist me was chewing a freaken gum and stated this is easy just call the 800 number. As I mentioned to him that I was advice to come into the branch so I can be assisted he rolled his eyes like a was some sort of idiot. This staff need to wear a name tag and need further customer service training. I'm definitely transferring all my accounts to credit union. These people are horrible at their job!

I experience a digita wallet fraud ... I call customer service for three days and no help ... so I have get out from work came straight to this branch and explain my problem... so the good service come quick.... my five stars going to the chic help me .... Her name is Gaby...... Thank you Gaby.... the best!!!

Worst customer service!!! It has been the worst experience in any chase bank. I went in there yesterday to add a family member to an existing account and after more than a two hour wait, they kept coming up with excuses not to help because it was time for them to go. I will not be back for any customer support. They are always short on people and not friendly or helpful. I will try another location and if it turns out like this one, I will close my accounts for sure!!! Too bad I can't give them a 0

If I can give 0 stars I would. I came in to just close an account. I have been here for over 45 mins. I asked the manager named Rudy if he can help me since his employees are just chatting away with other customers and supposedly really busy! Rudy the manager which isn't doing anything said he can't help. The waiting area is now really full. As a manager he should step in and help.

Came in to see if they still do the debit card printing on site but they no longer do, they did add a bunch of atms inside which I prefer it's rare when I need to deal with a teller.

Great over all experience at this branch. It's usually busy and crowed most of the time but what major bank isn't. Ask for Rudy, he's very knowledgeable and helpful. Great attitude and friendly.

I've been coming to this bank for about 10 years, when it was still WaMu. I've never had a complaint about this location, it's convenient, employees are rather helpful, and the drive-thru is reliable and rarely ever packed. I like that they have a good amount of ATM machines but I don't like how they removed quite a few, probably 5, of the teller windows for indoor ATMs. Many customers rely on tellers to help them out and it's very inconvenient when there are only 2-3 tellers on duty and a line of 12-15 people waiting to be serviced for 20+ minutes. I have no major complaints but I rarely use the inside for that specific reason. Overall, this branch is okay and the service is decent.

Worse thing ALL Chase banks have done is put up these murals to close teller windows to add indoor ATM machines. Defeats the purpose of going inside for help cause there are only two tellers for 20 people waiting 15 - 20 mins in line. If people want to use an ATM, they would.

Well this location is fairly convenient. My rating is for the awesome machines they have inside bank as they are easy to use. Makes depositing an easy stop.

Chase continues to be one of the worst banks with customer service, long wait times and now only 2 tellers open, who told them that a bunch of ATM machines are efficient. We stand in line because of the interaction and the privacy, someone please fix this.

Worlds worst service ever the staff was rude they took forever to cash my check the person that help me look like he didn't even want to work, it took them 45 minutes to call me to get help and there was only one person ahead of me I had to complain to the manager. Don't come to this branch.

All machines are out of order and two cashiers for 20 people. Just a waste of time. What was the point of installing all new machines and getting rid of all cashiers if they don't even have machines available
