I just had to update my ssn , but it ended up with a credit line opened if you come to this place ask for Joel H. He’s the most attentive , kind, and accommodating person , explaining everything from a to z . Front door staff was nice . Thanks Joel!!!

I had an appointment with Javier at the beginning but it ends up the appointment with Joel H. I just need to update my ssn but he was so kind and accommodating that he also helped me open a credit line. He make it really easy , he was fast and attentive , explains everything rate credit, due date., etc.The staff in the front door was nice. I totally recommend this place

The bank teller wouldn’t tell my wife their name but whoever was working this morning was told to cash our chase cashier check but she deposited straight to our account and now the funds aren’t available and we needed the money today. Asked for their name and refused to tell her and even the manager was acting like this mistake was whatever. Horrible service. Considering leaving chase

It is the worst Chase bank I have ever been to, I wanted to open an account and they treated me very badly, asking me if I was born here. I think that is in very bad taste and they had a bad attitude, what a disappointment to arrive at a place and to be treated that way. Why did they close at 5? Hire very poorly trained people chase

WOW, if it wasn't for Gilbert I would have given it a one star review but having Gilbert assist us with opening an account made it a five-star review. It's my son's first time opening a bank account and Gilbert was so perfect for the job. He is an excellent mentor, role model and an expert in explaining every aspect of banking!! Thank you Gilbert, our 2 hours and 15 min wait was SO WORTH IT, YOU ARE AWESOME!! Sending you a shower of blessings and praying great success for you.

Customer service is horrific. My account was compromised and I needed a teller to help me by calling their department so I could have access to some of my funds. To begin with, they were short staff on a Saturday. Secondly, the teller that assist me was chewing a freaken gum and stated this is easy just call the 800 number. As I mentioned to him that I was advice to come into the branch so I can be assisted he rolled his eyes like a was some sort of idiot. This staff need to wear a name tag and need further customer service training. I'm definitely transferring all my accounts to credit union. These people are horrible at their job!

This bank is nasty. The atm machines outside need a giant make over they are dirty and they hardly ever work, if you go through the drive thru atm it never works people who are handicap like my aunt can hardly take money or deposit because its always down. Please go somewhere else if they do not care about handicap veterans they wont care about you

I have no problem with this bank, the only thing I would like them to put in and I see what is needed is a machine for coins like Coin Star... so as not to go somewhere else to change those coins...

This bank is nasty.
