Never going back, $300 for basic tax form. In and out. I feel like the lady also reported me to IRS and now I'm being investigated. Don't advise anyone to go there at all costs. I went because they had decent reviews. They were all lies. Customer service sucks! The lady said something about disconnecting the phone lines because they were ringing too much and it was the last week to turn in your taxes. I don't want to talk about ethnicity because that's below me but she along with her people think they're better than us Mexican and Mexican/American.
