Excellent work... I love it!!! Friendly staff.. When I picked up my car it was washed and clean from the inside as well... Great bodywork the door close just like normal. I recommended 100% five stars very happy with the service.

This place is a chop shop,. Run away for the estimate on repaired they put miscellaneous and that's it,. They took the headlights the windshield wipers and the connecting parts, even the side view mirror
This place saw my mom as an easy mark
When we went there they said they trash the parts

Had my 2022 Honda Accord here, back in October 2022, when it got into an accident on my passenger side front bumper. Initially, I was impressed when I got it back. But over time, i have learned that they have the WORST paint quality I have ever seen. Over these last two years, the thin paint has chipped away each an everyday.
On the driver side, it's perfectly fine (as there was no damage to that side) but my passenger side (where they "fixed" the damage), it's a clear difference from the original paint that came with my car and the paint quality that they used to "fix" my car.
I came earlier this year to express my concern. Although nice, they stated that this is normal, which I still don't understand because why does my right side look perfectly fine but the passenger side, which is the side you guys repaired, looks horrible? Oh, my guess.. inferior paint quality!
Anyways. If you want a quick fix, get your car done here. But if you plan to keep your car for years on. Please take it somewhere else.

I have taken my vehicles to Bellwood and i have always had exceptional customer service however but they could care less about your paint. Unfortunately we recently had a lexus fixed and our entire car paint was damaged. We specifically told our rep to be very careful with the carwash and left a sticky note to remove all dust before a contact wash. 2 weeks later we pick up the car and notice that the entire car is full of swirls. It was obvious that they did a quick and horrible wash . The streaks of their wash matched many of the scratches. Even the freshly painted body panels were scratched.They justified that this is a normal with any car which really sucks considering the fact that you specifically told them to be careful. An entire year of hardwork to preserve the lexus metallic finish in vain because the shop thinks your car should look like every other car they ruin. Their solution was a detail with a clay wax which is ridiculous because thats a temporary fix. Instead of doing things right and doing the minimum which would be a one step correction.

Work could be better. They do a really bad job at putting bumpers together. Huge gaps and it looks like they just smoothen out the dent.

Don’t go to this body shop worst place to get your car done. They give you an estimate then. Try to overcharge the insurance more

I can honestly say I was a bit nervous when I initially booked my appointment based on some reviews, however, Bellwood really stepped up and offered and easy and hassle free experience from the Front desk staff to Sergio Vera that helped with inspecting the damages on my vehicle and follow up thru the course of my time with Bellwood Auto.
I'm hoping I have no need to return, however, if it were the case I would definitely come back and recommend to others!
