Its a thrift store, dont expect amazing service. although there are a couple very helpful workers most are rude. Anyway, theres a lot of good known brands. A lot of everything, well mens clothes section is like 3 double sided racks but long racks. Like aisle long racks. Womans is like 7 or 8 double sided racks! A lot of purses. A lot of childrens books. A lot of dinnerware. They do color of the day! wednesday its 3 colors on all items, saturday is all colors except 1 but only on clothes. The biggest negative (besides the rude workers) is they staple the price tag to the clothes, not on the tag or label but on the clothes. Ugh i hate that

theres some really nice/helpful workers & theres some rude ones. great brands that people dont know are brands! if you know what i mean. i just really really really dislike the stapled tags on clothes. yes they staple the price tag directly on the fabric.

I usually don’t write Yelp reviews but I felt compelled to do so this time. (ZERO STARS IF I COULD.)
The workers at this store were extremely rude. One of the workers called me a B**** because I was waiting on my daughter who was exchanging her item with another item and the worker wanted me to leave the store near closing time instead of waiting with her. I refused which let to the worker repeating it again. Once I refused a second time, the male worker called me a B****. When I complained to the managers, they did not offer any apology nor resolve my mistreatment by their staff member.
They listened to my story but both managers maintained eye contact with the worker who cursed at me. It was obvious that the managers held a close relationship with the worker and did not want to apologize for my experience.
Instead of arguing with management, take your business elsewhere.
There are plenty of new thrift store opening in Bell, Huntington Park, Maywood and the surrounding area. BTW BIG SAVERS IS ON SANTA GERTRUDE/IMPERIAL HIGHWAY IN LA MIRADA, CA AND ITS A BIGGER AND BETTER STORE.
Google is free and I can bet money you wouldn’t be called a B**** at another store.

Mostly L, XL and above for men's clothing. Clothing sorted by color. Small selection of books. Can't go to the floor above, seems like it's just storage. Have trash can at entrance. Many cashiers.

The workers are simply very rude, they have no manners. I asked them for the key to the bathroom and a guy told me that it was out of order. I told him that it was an emergency that they should have alternatives and he told me: well, it doesn't work and that's it. By the way, the cashier was terrible. education of those people now I can explain why they have such bad comments and most of them about the poor service of bitter employees

Who ever is running this place does not know business at all. I've been coming here for 5 years and I've had enough of there crap. First of a thrift store is supposed to be cheap these people will price tshirts and jackets at 20 dollars And they supposedly have deals with different tags but they only pick the crap tags . The people are rude. The place smells and items aren't clean just go to a better place that doesn't feel like a dust warehouse with ridiculous market prices Stay away OVER PRICED JUNK and like other people said it's all donations so why are you being a greedy piece of S"&@
