“Good prices and great service in Bell! My dodge charger's engine light turned on and needed a local auto shop in Bell. I was really happy to meet the Mechanic Victor and Charles (cat) at the auto shop. He gave me a good price for the diagnostic and the labor+parts. He shared that he services to a lot of local teachers in the area and as a woman I felt comfortable with him through the whole process. “Went in for my 2004 Yukon. replacing a “fuel tank pressure sensor “. The mechanic was in vacation I usually see there. These other two mechanics I’ve never seen there worked on my truck. (Yes i decided to stay). I can tell they were kinda new or idk but didn’t have a lot of experience with doing that job. The older gentleman was trying disconnect the hole connecting to the tank from the wrong side. Once he tried from the tip of the tank it came out on the first pull. Over all it did fix my problem. The mechanic that is the one I go to is on point with this type of truck ,don’t know his name sorry. Gave it a 4 start because it was nerve racking seeing these guys figuring the job out.And a after this service my truck would say on dashboard fuel cap is loose. Today it doesn’t send me that message.”

“Been seeing this place for years but never came until yesterday when I approached Carlos with a question about my 05 Silverado. He gave me a full breakdown of my question so I brought my truck in and he did his diagnostics. He informed me about what he found and what my options are. Upon picking my truck up and ready to drive it around like he instructed to get a better scan my truck did the problem it did last Friday so he said leave it and I’ll figure it out. Before leaving again he thoroughly explained what the parts do to make the engine run. It was a knowledgeable man talking about auto mechanics very informative. Went home he then Calle some and told me what was needed to be done. It was agreed to have the work done and right now my truck is up and running and I’m very glad I took my truck there. Very professional very clear on what’s being done overall I’d give POLOS more stars if I could. My wife wants her car to be brought here as well as my mother in law. “So this is the 2nd time I'm seeing of the Bell Gardens auto body unfortunately for another accident. I was beyond please with the 1st service at they had done for me and was glad to come back for 2nd worked on a my car. They were more than accommodating and I mean to more than accommodating with my situation with the parts order for my car and rental car situation which is more than appreciated. They went above and beyond the Call of Duty when it came to servicing the parts for my car and not one time was I ever given any attitude or badman from any of this staff within the company. I'm a very satisfied customer and as long as I live in the area I will always go to Bell Gardens auto body For any cosmetic or damage done to my car due to An Hopefully I don't get into any more but beware I'm an Asian driver lol. “My "low pressure" tire light came on this morning. I took it for air only during my lunch hour. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! No charge but of course I gave the gentleman a tip.”
“Oil change was fine. But air filters are to high. Not to mention the price he wanted to charge me to plug a tire that had a small screw in it. Before he even took it out, and examined the damage, he went on with a long story and stated it would be 50 dollars. I have never in my life paid that for a simple plug/patch. Took it up the street it was 25 as always. Sad day for jiffy lube. 50 dollars to patch a tire.”
