So this is the 2nd time I'm seeing of the Bell Gardens auto body unfortunately for another accident. I was beyond please with the 1st service at they had done for me and was glad to come back for 2nd worked on a my car. They were more than accommodating and I mean to more than accommodating with my situation with the parts order for my car and rental car situation which is more than appreciated. They went above and beyond the Call of Duty when it came to servicing the parts for my car and not one time was I ever given any attitude or badman from any of this staff within the company. I'm a very satisfied customer and as long as I live in the area I will always go to Bell Gardens auto body For any cosmetic or damage done to my car due to An Hopefully I don't get into any more but beware I'm an Asian driver lol. Thanks for your repeated excellent service Bell Gardens auto body.

5/5 stars! To anyone reading this review and debating what auto body to take your once pristine car to, look no further you found it. From their communication to their work, everything was exceptional. I took in my 2015 Ford Mustang in which had major damage from the front of the car to the left side of it. I have never been in an accident before so that was a very upsetting experience for me. I would like to thank Evelyn and Jorge for making this process a breeze for me. They showed me nothing but excellent service in person and with follow up phone calls and emails. I completely love how perfect and new my car looks and runs again! I highly recommend these guys to anyone reading this review and will continue to recommend them to my circle of associates, friends and family.

I highly without a doubt recommend Bell Gardens Auto Body. I took my 2018 Hyundai in (which by the way I only had for 3 months) to get the entire front body plus electrical fix due to an accident. My front bumper was hanging on by a string as well as my hood was popped up. From the minute I was in touch with them I had great costumer service... phone, in person and email communication was amazing. The follow ups and time frames they provided me with was 5 star service! When I pick up my car I was amazed on how perfect and brand new my car looked and ran. Thank you so much to the team (office & body shop) for doing such a awesome job! If I ever need to come get any repairs done you will be my first and only choice!

I have had three teenage drivers, all of whom have had accidents at one time or another. Each time, I have come to BG auto body for the repair. Not only have they done excellent work, but it has been timely and their staff has proven to be most helpful, friendly and courteous. Thanks guys!

Thank you!! Thank you!!! You all are so amazing here. Brought my Jeep in to have the bumper replaced and they did the job so quickly. Before I knew it I was getting my car back. They're so friendly and accommodating. It was the best experience I have ever had at a body shop.

I came across these guys because they were well recommended. Went in and got a quote on the car and it was to good of deal to pass through which in some cases you think they would do a bad job. WELL that's not the case. Finished it within a week. Paint and install. Other body shops quoted me with ridiculous offers. Evelyn and Lizeth were AMAZING and super patient with all my questions because I asked a TON of them. They have super cool staff but they're super busy at they same time. So be patient with them as well. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Bell gardens auto body is the place that I recommend anyone to go to. These guys not only have repaired my family's vehicles in cases of accidents and so forth, but have also done amazing work when a friend or family member has needed a paint job, body kit installation, color matching, and much more. I recently bought a scion frs and wanted to make it look nicer by adding a body kit. Bell gardens auto body did exactly what I told them I wanted. They color matched everything, painted the kit parts, installed them, and my car looks great! These guys are pros! I will for sure be back and will continue to recommended these guys any time anyone asks me about auto shops that do great work.

The reason I'm giving this a low score is because I found it kind of sketchy how my car of 1yr needed a new battery and it took over a month to fix my car after the front was damaged. Overall the car looks good from where it was damaged and I was given a lifetime warranty on the paint where it was damaged. I wouldn't go back to this place because it took way too long to fix.

These guys did an outstanding job on my F150! My husband is an aerospace manufacturing inspector by trade and he didn't have not ONE negative word to say about the job that BGAB did on our truck!! I was sent here by The General for an appraisal and decided to have them do the work. Super happy that my 'Ol Bessie looks so awesome!! The girls in the office rock made me feel important and I love that kind of service! Thanks again!!

I first heard of this place from a close friend of mine after my car got hit. I decided to visit the shop and that's where I met Evelyn. I explained my situation to her and how it wasn't going through insurance. My car wasn't drivable but they provided the tow truck at no cost to me. They towed it in that same day and got me a quote for much much less than a previous shop I had checked out. About $4000 less. What gave me piece of mind was all the certifications for the different brands they work with. I'm very hard to please as far as when things have to get done and the fact that Evelyn put up with that was great. They kept me posted with everything that was going on with the car and didn't mind me swinging by to check it out every now and then. Everyone there is so friendly and even the mechanics would talk to me and crack jokes. It was overall a great environment. Since my car was getting fixed, I decided to throw on a spoiler to add a little bit of flair and the best part of it was that they installed it and painted it for no extra cost. That was just the icing on the cake. I don't recall how long it took but I can say it was fairly quick. At the end of the day, they did a great job and you can't tell the accident ever happened. I have and will continue to recommend this place to everyone.
