I honestly love my time here at the nail salon. Nail techs are super nice. One nail tech was doing my toes and I had asked for reg polish and once she was done idk why but immediately changed my mind for gel. She didn't mind and was super nice about it she simply removed the polish and redid it with gel polish. They made sure I was comfortable as well!

This had to be the worst place I ever got my nails done.I got gel nails and when they put the uv lights for my nails it burned every time they did a new coat I do not recommend.

I visited here because I was in the area and needed a manicure. The same day I got my manicure, I look at my nails before going to bed and 3 nails have no polish. How crazy is that?!!! I used regular polish, which at least lasts 3 days without even chipping. I have to also say, this place does not look sanitary. Everything looks old and dirty. I'd give it no stars if I could.

I always get my pedicures here. Always nicely cleaned and Gel last more than a month. Very happy with this place. Note: Do call ahead to know wait times or to make an appointment for faster service.

This place is SUPER slow for them nit having people and having personnel that is not busy! I brought my mom in and they had her just sitting there in the pedicure chair waiting forever!!! do NOT recommendService: Pedicures

I do not recommend this nail place at all to anyone. You can be my worst enemy and I would not recommend this place. Okay let's get started with customer service. There customer service is so so bad. I went here about a month ago and the girl that did my nails was so so rude. Every time I'd ask a question she'd make a face or roll her eyes. I wanted coffin but short nails and I've always said that a nail tech should be able to do any type of shape in any type of size. Well, the lady kept on arguing with me since my nails were gonna be short but I wanted coffin. She did coffin buy after that argument she was very rude to me. Never coming back here again!! Oh and also I asked if the glitter was clear and she completely ignored me, if I would've known it was clear I would've just gone with white.

The service was great they are super nice but my gel manicure did not last me a week started peeling off from the top in 2 days :(

I showed up they were kind but they did not do my nails right they didn’t cut my cuticles and left my nails uneven. Also I was charged a lot for short nails that do not even look coffin, also my nails are missing more coats and overall I am just disappointed she did not file them well I would not recommend to get your acrylics there because if you are planning to get a design they will tell you they don’t know how to do it.Services: Acrylic nails

Do NOT go to this nail salon for a pedicure. I went for a pedicure around November and whoever did my pedicure "removed" an ingrown toenail when it wasn't even ingrown and my toe hasn't been the same since.. it's always swollen because my nail doesn't grow correctly anymore. I NEVER had a problem with ingrown toenails until I decided to try a pedicure for the first time and I regret it. Please don't go cut your own nails and do your own pedis at home it's much safer.

Horrible service! I went to this place at 5:45, it said Online that they closed at 7 and as I walk in they tell me that it’s closed! Which didn’t make sense at all! Why would they have the door opened!! Super rude I wouldn’t even give this play a chance!

Since I moved to Bell Gardens I found this place the first time they did my nails it was a good experience and very professional, usually the nails since my second time are always done by the same person, their work is good.
All the time in this place the waiting time is an hour or more, even one day when they gave me an appointment and they saw me 45 minutes later I went that time with my mother-in-law and she could no longer get her nails done because we had been waiting for too long And obviously one has other appointments that can't wait and if they are punctual, on this occasion the girl was very upset and her treatment was quite rude because in the end we canceled her work only for my mother-in-law. Today is the last time I will come to this place again, more than an hour and a half of waiting and when they are going to do my nails, the girl who touched me, who is another, hurts me a lot, I tell her to please cut me but carefully and it is To top it off, she gets upset, shuts me up, stops and tells me to do it with the same one as always and left me lying there at the pedicure station.
How rude and unprofessional, now I have to keep waiting until the same girl as always is available to finish doing my nails.
Because I am an educated and work-conscious person and of course I am not going to leave with half my nails, I am not just going to get up and leave this place...
I hope to find another more professional place with better treatment, it is worth keeping in mind that we pay for a service and we are going to relax for a while not so that we have rude and hostile treatment and wait so long, because with an appointment or without an appointment it is the same.
*****I'm so upset because after almost 4 hours the usual girl who had asked for gel, like every time I go, paints my nails with regular color, had to clean and do it again with gel AND IT CAUSES LAUGHTER TO THEM ALL THE JOKE!!!! Of course he did it super fast, the work was horrible, the nails don't look good, nor were they clean. WHAT A DISASTER OF A PLACE!!!! NEVER AGAIN??????..... 000 starsss *****
