Jose was the only Spectrum employee, who was able to help me after spending a day and a half without service. He resolved the issue is less than 15 minutes. Thank you!

I came in Saturday morning , as soon as I came in I was attended by a Spectrum customer. I forgot his name but I told him I wanted to add a line to my account. He added the line to my account and also gave me another line for free. If I wanted to cancel the other line to just call and cancel. Everything was fast and quick. Excellent customer service . I would definitely come back again .

When in to drop off equipment, cancle service due to lack of customer service. Seal with worst customer service experience from Bell Gardens store so called store manager Gilbert M. not accepting equipment. Then calling BGPD to remove me from store trespassing, for return their equipment WTF? IF manager can't do his job right, professional stay home.

Get a free roach with your products! Went into this location in bell gardens and behold a little black roach crawling around the table I was at. Representative didn't seem to care that much of it.

Have had many issues with spectrum cable replaced 4 dvr's with in past 3 months and never have i even heard we will give you some type of credit

Never leave reviews on anything but I had to for this one. Came in to get promotional 1 year deal. After lots of issues and having to call the company (which helped more on the phone than in the actual location). I finally walk in after basically getting my whole plan done through the phone all I need is to pick up and pay activation fees, they still struggled with my order. FINALLY I'm getting my equipment but my card has to be taken and input manually AND is charged $80 which felt like a scam because I received an email 30mins later stating the total for Activation fees, internet, and taxes was $77.54 and the in-store receipt said "More than Amount Due". I wasn't given an account number or info regarding my account whatsoever just told to call the number and sent off. I received 2 different emails with different account numbers and was on the phone for an hour trying to figure out my account in order to be able to pay my future bills and have a login to mySpectrum and now again had to call back because my in store charge was never posted and am basically getting charged another $77.54 for the same month!! I've used Spectrum before and this situation has never happened before until I came to this location.
